Question

What does added to collection mean? It keeps coming up but, I never see it anywhere on my profile or anything like that.

I know this is one of those questions that will have a simple answer that is embarrassing for me, but I can't work it out.

Thanks for any help.

I am new, but I think it's just a way for the website to help you remember which CDLC you have downloaded. You can see your current list by clicking "collection" at the search bar.

IIUC adding is triggered by clicking the download button on the search page, which takes you directly to a CDLC's download page, but it cannot know if you actually download the file for real, and obviously it also cannot know if you later delete the file from your drive, so sometimes you need to adjust your collection list manually.

If a song is added to your collection you'll also get a notification when the song is updated or when someone comments on it.

Thanks all for the help. Also I should have been using this a lot more because I've lost everything more than once and it takes a good long time to get it all back when you have to look at everything.

I know this is an old post, but it was helpful for me. I'll also throw out there that I got this message when I tried to download a song, but the download didn't happen, which made it even more confusing - my browser blocked the popup for the download link.

Never realise this existed. just looked 1.607 entries jeez 😁

I'm guessing Its a good idea to download updated versions of songs then ??
