If so can you provide a link? I have a 90 day return policy on my console. So if I am going to do this, I should do it sooner rather than later in case something goes wrong.

You can't do it on the Xbone or Xbone S.

Or Xbox or PS3 or PS4 unless you have the ability to hack your console. PC is the only easy way to go for CDLC.
