  1. Just as the title says, most creators use GP files to make a CDLC, it's also possible from text tabs. But for songs that haven't got any tab available, you can try it out with Chordify. https://chordify.net/ Works best for easy songs (your typical 4 chord song) (pop, hiphop, rap, punk songs) Also modern songs with easy BPM and timings. In this video I show you how to create a Rocksmith 2014 Custom Song (CDLC) with Editor On Fire (EoF) when there aren't any tabs available. To understand anything from this tutorial I already expect you to know the basics of EoF and customs.I should probably add some subtitles or text boxes later on to clarify some parts. Part 1: Start and rythm guitar (60min irl, 15min tutorial) Part 2: Bass guitar and vocals (30min irl, 5min tutorial) Part 3: Lead guitar (30min irl, 10min tutorial) Let me know if you need more explications. Here is the excel file that I used: http://www.mediafire.com/file/08w7vb34cq2l333/scaleform.xlsx (Old) http://www.mediafire.com/file/eg3j2q3iytb2en7/Scaleform_New.xlsx (New)
  2. I've made a few custom dlc so far but all have had the same issue. Riff Repeater does not work, I have split the songs into sections as described by this tutorial: http://customsforge.com/topic/10520-creating-cdlc-tutorial-making-sections/ but when I go into the riff repeater and select one of those sections, nothing happens. The song does not play and the notes do not show up. Any ideas? Edit: I just want to say that the songs are fully functional when not using riff repeater.
  3. I have multiple slide down notes that aren't working. I have notes connected with "Linknext", selected as "Slide Down", and even set the end fret (ctr + shift + L) and the slides still aren't working. I have slide lines highlighted with purple that are working but the slides that aren't working have a black line instead of purple. Any ideas? https://www.dropbox.com/s/o41oslvei0v92au/slidesOnPurpleOffBlack.png?dl=1
  4. So I have a few songs that go into the 29's on the fret board and on EOF I am having the notes not come out right in the game. It must be something with the camera that I'm not doing right, but I did change the fret count to 30+ and it doesn't work in game, the notes don't come out. Any help :D
