It's a good thing I didn't win all the paths in the advanced class again like last year, because it was getting a bit boring.  Also, I don't think I would be the best participant, the key is just to be regular. So congratulations to @ LuZifeR for being regular enough and deservedly winning in the lead path. In the bass path @ jellisjenius  probably would have won if he hadn't withdrawn from the championship at some point.

By the way, I wonder where @ coldrampage  has gone. He has been very active for as long as I remember, he was also a moderator, and he has not logged in since September 29. Really strange. 

I thought the same about coldrampage. I hope he's fine, just doing other stuff

It's an honor to get the 3rd place in Lead, behind the two monsters Bottl and Rzr  and incredibly ahead of nlb which is clearly focus on mc rhythm

sightreadings and hearing for the first time

• Depeche Mode - nice chilly song!
• QoTSA - bends in the first frets + slides = Rocksmith death (both in recognition and sightreading). I didn't take the screenshot
• Mammoth - nice song, I didn't understand very well what happened because of the fast changes.
• Metallica - heavy and with a nice pace, but a bit boring. Solo is very Kirk without ideas
• Kura kura: total blackout, fast changes and arpeggios on non standard chord, sightreading nightmare  the score proves it

and that's it for me on mc

• Rudolph, classic!
• Tenacious D + Sum 41: never heard this, sightread very badly but I like it and i will recover from the 70s score
• Majestica: ah, comfort zone, like it!

finally in the 90ties but I sucked so much in the final solo to the point that Rocksmith automatically downgraded the difficulty

I never play megadeth songs.. and it's clearly demonstrated by the score. I like this one
