    I agree. I'll add it, though I don't recognize many elements of jazz in this one. He is a contemporary jazz artist, and the "Alley Cat" album is listed as jazz I believe.

    I have created a formal request for it, what are my chances of it getting made given... 1) its a niche genre 2) the artist Isn't well known 3) there doesn't seem to be a tab for it online ...? I think my only hope might be a another smooth jazz fan (rare) with a good musical ear and hand (rare) with the CDLC skills needed (rare) and the time to do it. Looks like I need to get my prayers in. It's in the database now. I take it this needs to go into the jazz listings as well?

Looks like I need to get my prayers it. I'm going to try to foster a workshop for jazz creations in the BlueNote Jazz Cafe social group. Right now, I'm working on generating general interest in jazz and luring in unsuspecting jazz fans.

    I'm kind of confused with all the different song lists on the spread sheet. I've been adding my requests to the "Song Selection List" for requests that have both a lead and bass part, the "Only Bass Songs" list for selections that have no lead part (may or may not have rhythm), and the "Only Guitar Songs" list for selections that have no bass part (including some selections that have only rhythm parts that might be interesting to fill in the rhythm competitions). I hope these are the correct places to put them in.

    I'm glad you brought this up. I've been going a while and, though I have been steadily improving, I've become somewhat concerned because I still haven't managed to work in any real 'pinky' action on the fret board. I guess that's one of the disadvantages of jumping right into learning songs and neglecting the technique.

    Thank you so much for your help! I saw the little cog wheel that had some of those options, but I never noticed the box that pops up when you select the checkbox. I don't suppose there is someplace I can go lookup or find some of these tidbits of operational information that may or may not be so obvious?

    I started with the public forums just for those reasons - In the Groups Subforum itself: 42 views, no replies And here, in the Website Help Forum: 58 views, no replies The problem is, I have no idea specifically who I should address these questions. There's quite a list of admins and moderators, some for specific areas but most indicate All Forums, none for the social group forums. I'm kinda reluctant to spam through the whole list.

    It appears to me that we need an administrator or moderator appointed for the social groups section. I've posted some pretty basic questions that have received a number of views, but not one response.
