to me, this song is a 9. for a slap/pop song, this is no "Coffee Shop," but still; the comparatively low bpm to other 9s is offset by the completely different playing mechanics required to execute this *properly* (yeah, you can get away with fingering and have the game count it, but the rating should reflect the actual difficulty) Anyway, I respect if anyone disagrees - that's just my opinion on the difficulty and reasoning behind it!

Took a while to figure out where it was claiming the misplay was, 'cause everything kept coming up green! getting better:

slightly better on these. I really really really hate it when I don't feel like I missed any, and I see all green phrases at the end, and see "platinum", and...sub-100%!

The Vektor song is absolutely a 9 or 10 on bass. It's basically asking to sightread freestyled jazz/speed metal. There are no 'hooks' really. Just have to have listened to the song quite a lot and know it. I like it.

I feel ragingclaw's pain - "Apache" was not sync'd the same as every other song for me, as well as some note in the 2nd to last phrase being off - I restarted *at the end* so many times, having gotten used to the offset and hitting 'perfect' for the vast majority of the notes, suddenly i'd *completely miss* a note in the 2nd to last phrase?! I feel like actually getting 100% on this was trial and error to find the exact offset of the errant note more than learning the song. Non-verbal communication

...seems like i need to steel myself for another ~25min session!

Thanks! I'm fine and comfortable with being in Advanced - there aren't too many songs I feel daunted by, but compared to other scores I see here, I'm not able to threaten at Masterclass ^_^

Hi! This championship idea is pretty cool - I wish I had known about this years ago! (I tried including my steam screenshots directly but the forum replied, "You are not allowed to use that image extension on this community." How do I get around Steam's lack of image extension?) The Ventures - Batman Theme Harvey Danger - Flagpole Sitta Manowar - Blood of the Kings Megadeth - She Wolf I guess i'll try to improve this...mainly just not digging the vocals. And the bass line is fast/difficult but not interesting/exciting Ocean Colour Scene - You've Got it Bad

As far as "automate capture of notes" (play the song flawlessly, and have the tab software write the tab for you, based on the notes you play?) I don't think you are going to find a satisfactory, easy solution. I've heard of setting up a instrument as midi input and setting up 'gates' to control the input threshold for what is interpreted as input for a note, but I'm not sure of the accuracy you can expect, nor how to *actually* accomplish that...
