I had just downloaded directly from the link in the opening post, and if necessary, I ran the CFSM repair utility on it? I'll take a look at it this afternoon. There is only one version of the song with bass on ignition, so you have it right. If you look at the "Arrangement analyzer" in CFSM, how many notes does the bass chart say it has? (you may have to right click one of the column titles in order to enable 'NoteCount' column) One another thing comes to mind, you didn't pause the game while getting that 100 %? I don't think it'll cause a problem. To be fair, only Parsley is competing in Beg Bass at the moment.

Got a few more of my favorite old school (pre-self titled) Blink tracks in the pipeline too. I'm sure they will!
