  4. Bass time This is actually quite easy, but tuning can be a challenge. The opening riffs are a bit problematic, so 5.5 for me. Some problems with these arpeggios 022, 355 etc. 6 for me. This is great, the ending really hit me hard - a solid 7.5. I can't believe I achieve 98% here, I didn't feel it while playing, it felt like a definitely 8 because of a few hard/fast licks...
  5. For some weird reason, that actually worked, and it kept working even after i returned it back to 165hz, i have no clue what happened but everything is perfect now, thank you very much for the help!
  6. Yeah, the psarc format seems to hard-code a max of 6 strings. >6 string support might be possible if I read the xml format. That's a bigger undertaking, though.
  7. I dont know. It saves the chart as rs2.xml and importing the xml file into CDLC builder only shows the 6 strings. It might support it but CDLC builder not showing all strings in the menu (cause it doesnt expect an xml with more than 6 strings). I dont know a way to test if the psarc file supports it or not
  8. Does this extra string support export to Rocksmith psarc files? If so, and if you can point me at a psarc file with >6 string support, I'll look into it.
  9. Can you make it a feature for those who want to make their own charts? There is a tool called GoPlayAlong and it can auto sync tab to audio or you can manually sync it to audio. It exports in .xml like this. Also there is a tool already and its called Charter https://github.com/Lordszynencja/Charter for Rocksmith and it supports 7 and 8 string like this
  10. If there is an issue with calibration, it could be because of your monitor's refresh rate. As silly as it sounds, it has been a thing in the past that I've seen. I think 144hz works but higher than that and there are issues. Hopefully that's it, but if not I'll have to look deeper.
  11. Last week
  12. I had some extra time this week, so I decided to dust off my (7 string) guitar after only playing bass for over a year. But I just couldn't The whole thing is so tiny and the strings are so thin It all felt so cramped. How did I play this for two years? (Also, I didn't understand the symbols in Rocksmith and didn't feel like learning them )
  13. Rhythm This is hard, looks more like a lead than a rhythm for me, except there is no solo. Instead, it has tapping, so a strong 7 or 7.5 for me. Ahh, I can play the riffs quite well, but I can't play those fast-changing chords...
  14. Her name was Orion Lake! That was the one little "ballad" I ever wrote and I had the idea when I was doing the album about how funny/great it'd be to have a female singer make it a love type song and wedge it into my "death metal" album. As the first album I did was intended ot be the ONLY one I did, I felt I needed to include as much of my work as I could. I caught a bunch of flak from friends who couldn't believe I did that lol. I then pulled a second twist by having a second person record vocals for the song, so there is a version titled (Julian). His is more of an "Alt rock" approach (ala Alice In Chains etc...). If you catch the lyrics, her version is about missing him, his version is his side of the love story and how he is glad to be done. I thought it was a neat duality and could show just how different a song can be by just changing the vocals style etc... TY for the kind words and the listens/playthroughs!
  15. I'm not sure if i'm being stupid or what, but as the title says, i cannot get into the Guitarcade games because every time i try it asks me to tune and calibrate. Tuning goes fine, everything seems to be in tune, but after the calibration, it just returns me to the tuning screen without giving me an option to proceed, and it says "Your guitar will need to be retuned to play this song". My guitar is in E standard tune already, which is what the games require. I am using an Ibanez RG421-AHM guitar, and Scarlett Solo Gen4 audio interface with RSAsio instead of the RT cable. The game is registering my hits normally in songs, and everything is working aside from most of the Guitarcade (For some reason the calibration is working and going through in "Gone Wailin" only). Any pointer would be greatly appreciated.
  16. Have a nice middle of the musweek everyone! The Downtown Fiction - I Just Wanna Run. Difficult for beginners but interesting to play. jreg & graiden - Kentucky Fried Rats Pt. II (Taxes). I replayed this one for a few times but the results are still 'incredible' The Good And The Damned - Like Crazy. The song is good but I feel damned SnowShovel - I Won't Sleep Tonight. I lost my tonight's notes about this song. But I don't think I'll ever be a superstar like this week bands. Swerk - Dreamscape. Last one on this week. I didn't managed the other songs. My hands are completely out of control. I just returned from vacation and I need another vacation from this vacation. So I think I will lazy last part of the week and will not participate until next week.
  17. Did some more again, THO I gotta say about the Unto The Locust album is that there are some half bends and harmonics instead of pinch which makes u miss A LOT. Especially during the last song and the solo, it got me to like 1x score so I was close to getting a X mark , same with the first song in the album there's some wrong notes. Idk but that is an issue for me. BUT I loved playing through the album again This is the last thing I will play because now I need to relaaaaax. Take care all of u and goodluck to the rest
  18. New EOF hotfix (for Windows, Mac hotfix will be posted soon) is up (https://ignition4.customsforge.com/eof). Changes are as follows:
  19. There are charts uploaded from my "l0rd kha0s" projects for those into Death Metal with a blackened twist. The solo in the song "Freedom" is performed by Karl Sanders of Nile and is full of Karl goodness. For metal bass fans, Rich Gray (currently plays bass in Annihilator) performed on the "One Nation...." content which has some fun runs, taps etc... /m\
