A bit more intermediate, but as a difficult beginner this can be. I've seen more difficult beginner songs here 🙂

For a long time, I have been using MediaFire and it was great.  But they 'made improvements' over the last few months and screwed it up horribly.  I just tried out PostImage and it seems to be working okay...

 

 

I was using imgur 

But steam is so much less hassle for me, f12 then upload and  copy and paste link here

Again, super fast jump from frets 2 to 14 I just cant manage at speed so Im done for this week.

very cool song to play, has very challenging parts that are still fun to play. Very nice

however i am getting a miss on 90% of G5 chord.. any hints how this should be plaid?

 

In this one I would get much better if I have more time till the end of the week... I would not be surprised if I can nail it 100%... next time maybe..

 

now other classes...

this one no way is Advanced Bass... max level 4, maybe 5... so much easier than AC/DC... again, definitely would nail 100% if I have more time. miss in this one was actually false miss by rocksmith, not me 😞

there will be no improvement this week... no time...

I dunno how it SHOULD be played, but I just mute the A string with the fretting finger. I mean I press on the E string and angle my finger so that it rests on the A, without pressing it too hard. It helps if you have fat fingers like me.

Glad to see everyone enjoying the songs. My work has become...overwhelming, so it looks like I might not even get a chance to participate in my own week >.<

Interesting to see other people's takes on the difficulty as well. it's such a subjective process.

Just thought I'd add this to this post because in the past there were times I looked at the scores and thought "well I can't even potentially win this" and just didn't put the effort I should have done anyways. Below are the paths/difficulties that currently have no scores from players in that tier, if you're in that group you should definitely give the songs a playthrough:

Lead: Rising Power (I)

Rhythm: I am in Love With Myself (B)

Lots of other weeks there's way more than just two by this time of the championship.
