I like this song.

This song could have been 1/2 it's length. It sucks when the vocal track is muddy and so low.

I started the  Asian Kung-Fu Generation song, but bailed. The sound quality was not good to me.

 

Some scores from testing/early playing.

Du Hast - considering the popularity of this song, I'm surprised this was never played in a championship.

Riraito (Rewrite) - fun to play, you have to admit!

Stargazer - nice song from good band. I like those old Rainbow albums with Dio on vocals.

The Motherload - there is basically no easy part to play here. However, the riff is quite nice.

Yay for new strings. I was a big mastodon fan in the Blood Mountain days, so I'll definitely play this some more.  Also, if Trees was I 9, I'd give this a 7.5.

Strangely, the rhythm part does not seem easier, probably because I suck at the arpeggio-like parts. I guess it's time to learn hybrid picking or something....

The bass score I'm not sure I can improve, not without heavier strings at least. There's a lot of notes that are not registering, and it happens in a different part every time. Maybe with luck and repetition, idk.

 

No idea how to play that 22 to 10 part on high E, I tried tapping and it did not work out.  Anyone know to play that part?  Slides??

WARNING:

For everyone putting scores into the leaderboard - very very important:

 

Black with no * means - Players class

Black with * - Above Players Class - Player can score Points but not take the win until he levels up

Grey with * - Below players Class - No score or win possible, just competing for fun

(MM and 100% scores red for the extra point)

 

So every player can only have his name in one class Black without * (in each instrument-path)

 

... from week 381 there are errors meaning players are there in several classes.... and i was wondering what was going on at the calculations of player XP level that weekend.... now i know....

It will take me few hours to fix that ☹️

Please be very careful entering missing names and upleveling players - check the weeks before and make sure you put him/her in only one class.... if you are unsure in which with new players - put in the most probable class and ask if that is what is wanted by the player.

after a few hours of RR'ing the arrpeggio part... still got work to do

Had no luck with this song, it seems to hate the way I play it.  

Oh yea. my name seems to appear in all levels.  I'm begginer lead and ryhthm and Intermediate Bass .

Also I can see the purple bars for phrases both in learn a song and score attack. I used the CFSM to import, so maybe that fixed it?
