CDLC does not cost money, and unless you have a hacked console you can't use CDLC on a PS3 anyway. If you're talking about getting official DLC, you need to buy it legally or go somewhere else.

The laptop/pc that you used to type the message can probably run Rocksmith 2014.  If you have it on PS3 then you must have a cable already. 

 

Buy the pc version (Amazon code for Steam or direct from Steam) and download all CDLC for free.
