Windows reinstalled will everything be lost?

Hi no good with computers . Pc encountered problems . Totally froze! Took it to store where they reinstalled windows. Will I have to download all cdlcs again and toolkit etc ?

Sorry if it's a silly question . Please advise simplest way to get me back playing

@@Stujjy, hsven't you already tested it? anuyway if they formatted you drive you lost all data ther if you've got 2 sepatate disks for syste3m only and other for games and shit you'll be safe installing RS +steam there so your data keeps safe even if you reinstall OS again :)

Sad thing is download speed is so slow here tonight . Gotta wait 2 hours for rs to install :( . So thought I'd ask while waiting

@@Stujjy, if by all you mean al purchased DLC then you might be right, but getting CDLC again may be way longer if you've got clean install,to make sure you've got it open rs folder and look into dlc subfolder it should contain files you DL'ed form CF :)
