@@Alex360 How do I convert using the toolkit? In the OGG tab?

I have a song I've been working on and when I load it into rocksmith it loads the tone and everything but the notes never start and the song just ends. Maybe an issue with my phrases? @@Alex360 Okay so I actually found a work around for this. It imported my time markers (this was a live, 10 min long song so those took FOREVER), and then imported my guitar pro file over that!!! Worked like a charm! I suspect that file may be corrupted because it doesn't load correctly in Rocksmith and the markers aren't working, but thank you so much for your help! I'm sure others may find this thread useful too. Thanks!

Okay so you're a beautiful saint with a glowing personality and I love you, but this didn't work for me! So I did everything and the song loads with the beat anchors in place but no notes!! But I tried it with a normal DLC and it worked just fine! So I'm hoping my file isn't corrupted... Maybe you can try it? I am wondering how to 'reverse' a .psarc back to a file editable by EOF. Basically, I was forced to wipe my computer and lost everything on a song I've put a ton of time into -- except for a .psarc of it I had shared with a friend before I was done with it. How can I take that psarc file and turn it back into something I can edit in EOF?? I of course googled this and found https://www.reddit.com/r/CustomsForge/comments/3axxce/how_to_quickly_edit_cdlc/ But that method didn't work for me (couldnt find the OGG or the XML in the unpacked folder, and the option to import rocksmith is greyed out in EOF). Any help is very appreciated!

I'm working on a song and it will load into rocksmith but when I try to start the song it goes into the screen as if the song was starting but it never starts. The fretboard doesn't show up, but the song preview works fine. I added three seconds of leading silence when making my project in EOF, and now when I loaded it into the game it is off by about three seconds. Whats the easiest way to solve this?

I cant seem to figure out how to find the XML file output by EOF. After saving I cannot find it in my folder.

I am working on my first ever song, and I am stuck because I can't seem to make tones that sound good (and this song has quite a few changes) It was probably a horrible choice for a first song because it is so complicated but I am so close now! The song is Mantis by Umphrey's Mcgee I am looking to figure out good tones to add for the whole song, but the big changes are at: 1:07 2:35 5:59 7:58 10:16 I am doing a combo arrangement with a focus on the lead. Any help would be appreciated! I spent forever getting this into EoF correctly so it is a huge bummer I am so stuck on this now! I was able to solve this problem by reinstalling steam and rocksmith, and running STEAM in admin mode with the second of the D3DX9_42.dll files in my RS root folder without the rocksmith_patcher file. Ubisoft customer support was absolutely useless for me though, but I am glad to have it solved

yep disappears really fast. The weird part is I had it all working for a long time, but then i reformatted and reinstalled the same way and it didnt work. Did Ubisoft patch it?

Same problem, but when I run the patcher it says "Unable to find date to patch. Already Patched? No CDLC, Unable to Patch". Any ideas?

Nope, I have bougth RS2014 through steam, including cherub rock. Like I said, it had been working for a long time until a recent reformatting The page you linked even mentioned the Rocksmith2014_patcher thing I was talking about too... not sure why you assumed I was pirating

My cdlc is no longer being recognized my RS 2014. I had it all working for over a year and now I reformatted and reinstalled exactly the same way but it didn't work. I am using D3DX9_42 and running through RS2014_patcher. Am I using out of date software? When I start up I simply don't see any of my CDLC. I tried deleting everything and starting over but it didn't work. Any help is apprecaited.
