Now on to one of the best bands from the UK, Oasis. i have seen these guys 5 or 6 times and it was such a shame when they split. if i could play guitar like Noel Gallagher id be a happy Rock Star.........but i'm not so just to prove it, 100th time lucky :P over 90% and i got passed the SA :lol: Night night all....... 92% tomorrow

well i got an hour or so to have a few goes at improvements...... Gotcha i think this is an improvement on last time couldn't improve on my best so i tried Master Mode good fun and last but definitely not least .... Oasis, no restarts just got lucky ;) night night all roll on the weekend..... need more time on the other tunes

some scores at last, bass...... i need the 100% before the end of the week definitely need this 100% by the end of the week as well, my best so far......... random misses annoy me so much i never thought this would be as much fun as it was, but i think the score flatters me a bit. been working 12 hours a day & with a 2 hour journey on top doesn't leave me much time for the guitar but i'll manage some more goes this week, night night all ZZZzzzzzz

I was going to put the Oasis song as a 6 but I’m not very good at ranking songs it is definitely not easy as I’ve played this song loads of times and can’t get into the 90’s on Lead I’ll leave it up to the Orgs to decide.

ok i managed to get a couple of hours tonight, been hectic this last couple of weeks. anyway heres some scores, I chose the Arctic monkeys so you lot could push me to improve my scores so here goes, my previous best was 95% previous best was 97% previous best was 98% there is something about this song that just throws me.. the parts i get sound good but then i just make stupid mistakes.... one day i'll get it right.... maybe. on to the Kings Of Leon, which is a great song and brings back memories of Wales where I saw them backing up Oasis and they Rocked the Stage, great band. i got 100% on the other version and could get this too given the time, just gave this a few tries as i wanted to get the Lead up to a respectable score, actually getting the hang of this, and it sounds ok as well which is always a bonus. i'll be working on this for a while because i know i have a 99+ in me. i have been told I'm not playing guitar tomorrow as it is my beautiful granddaughter's 3rd birthday day party and apparently Grandad is needed :D night night all

Another one of my choices let’s hope I get the chance to play this week and improve my Arctic Monkeys best scores. And as a bonus the Kings of Leon, Sex on fire is on this weeks play list, I seem to remember the bass is really fun to play, but can’t remember the L & R parts, great choice.

I’m away this week and Smooth Criminal gets chosen, hopefully I’ll get a score or 2 when I get back on Friday. I chose this song so I get pushed to improve my scores, certainly gets thefingers moving :-)

Hold on, there is an ADV Rhythm ? but it is Ghost and it's in D tuning, :( but........... it's not bad, in fact it is addictive ....... nice one @@MaZtoR & @Gamut This is the 1 and only time i got past the first bit though,(the Bendy E chord bit) i have no idea how to do it, but it let me go past on this attempt, many many RED X Re-starts night night all

here's some scores..... Bass first as always..... it gets me used to unfamiliar tunes. lead........ Rhythm... no time this week.....and even less next week, but i need some points hahahahaha

Well i tried and tried with the scorpions song but got more and more frustrated (angry) i just can't do it :( so i went on to the ADV Rhythm to get a better score.....just then onto ADV Bass because i just knew i could better that, and the Beatles just deserved some more work...... as did Motorhead Flushed with success i went back to Scorpions......... and i still can't get over 83 Bloody percent !!!!! i give up. can we have a nice easy (easier) ADV Lead this week please ?

Friday afternoon warm up, been another busy week with no Guitar time :( However.... i saw that the Maztor improved his Motorhead score and i just couldn't leave it, and a little plus on Santana and a little tribute to a huge talent and a massive loss R.I.P Aretha Franklin now where's that six string ?

Good that i get another chance on last weeks scores....... i didn't get much time as i went for a long weekend to see a friends band at a scooter rally in Yarmouth....... not that i remember much :wacko: anyway heres a couple of scores to kick off the new / old week seems like you have to get the chords pretty spot on to get a good score on this classic & this one shouldn't be as hard was it is, looks easy from the start but i just can't get it right somehow. night night all

Hi Nick, it sounds as if you know your way around a guitar, maybe you should join the championship. I did this a couple of years ago and my playing has improved immensely, and the guys & Girls on that forum are great. Welcome.

And some not so good scores, or Subpar as the RS guy calls it Excellent my arse. Superb i dont think so.........but in fairness it sounded a lot worse than the score suggests night night all

I saw Motorhead back in the 80's at the Bol D'or 24 hour motorbike race in the south of France....... they had no trouble playing loud enough to drown out the 40 or so screaming Motorbikes, :lol: anyway, scores, nice and easy start, not so easy as i kept missing notes.... i blame the hot weather. Straight into Master Mode anybody ? some other good scores......

Friday nights updates, struggling but getting better need more time on this one D Standard tuning isn't nice for my guitar strings.......... a lot of note recognition issues here

I noticed a few people had a go at the Master Mode on the Pink! song .......... so i had to wait 2 days to give it a crack, (Work & Family commitments)(Grand daughters are lovely but they play hell with the Guitaring ! Pleased with this.... but i missed a bloody note :angry:
