Just hit Enter on a song while in "Learn A Song". You will see if it has the DD bars at the top (The purple ones that show DD progression). If not they will just have flat orange ones.

MVega is exactly right. The toolkit can be frustrating sometimes. Please notify the customs creator and if he leaves it up for too long please let us know about it.

Imagine how many songs we will have in a year or two :)

I think I've experienced all of these. This is a great list! For the last one, I think adding that tone should be a crucial step. You shouldn't even be able to generate the file unless you add a tone. Otherwise you have to restart RS to get all your tones back.

TheJaffe4027, try importing the song into the toolkit. There is an option called "Artist Sort." It should be very easy for you to go in and change this. I use it all the time if I want to adjust the volume of the guitars. Here's a link to the toolkit: http://www.rscustom.net/

Jon if you happen to play a CDLC that has no tone created, there's a bug that will shut your tone down until you restart Rocksmith. It can be very frustrating. If you can figure what songs do this I would suggest checking if there is an update since you last downloaded it. If not I would delete it because they are worthless.

Instead of people just commenting "Thanks!", I prefer a "This chart seems spot on," or, "Nice Tone!" That way I know the CDLC is actually working.

dale, When you give "Justboy" another try, try using Sonic Visualizer. I can't recommend this program enough. I use this method before I try the above methods.

Try adding sections/phrases. Shift + S, then click the "Also add as RS phrase." Do that throughout the song. I think I remember that fixed my songs that had the same problem.

I love the community, the attitude, the CDLC. I spend pretty much all day here in chat while I create my CDLC and help out those that I can. I want to live in a world where we can play any song imaginable just by looking through the search database. I would like to be a part of that in any way or form that I can. What do you bring to the Customs Forge community that is unique to you? My crowning achievement will be completing the entire Pearl Jam catalog in hopefully two months. Before I started there was NO PJ. Now look at what we have! After that I will be creating CDLC for as long as Rocksmith is a thing. Cake or Pie? (this is important) Apple Pie only if it's warm and I have Vanilla Ice Cream. Otherwise cake. How much time do you spend on the site daily? Even though I work 9 hours a day...I probably spend a good 3-4 hours on here while I make my CDLC and 2 hours at least daily actually playing RS. On Weekends I spend about 5-6 hours on here. Have you filled out your profile information on the site? I believe I got everything. Have you ever been a Moderator anywhere else before? No but I have been a Supervisor in real life! I have always wanted to be a mod however. Can you follow instructions? Your wish is my command.

Thanks for the input! I know there are a few slight problems. I plan on going back and fixing them shortly. I've just been going for quantity not quality :P. I noticed the tone I was using was extra loud. I guess it didn't bother me cuz I like to have my guitar stand out. Every song I put out I learn something I should have been adding from the start. My CDLC will keep getting better and better, don't you worry!
