So, Iron Maiden The Trooper, no idea why but I seem to have atleast 90% on it. But I still feel as though I am not fast enough for the triplets. I use a 3 finger technique to do it but what would you guys suggest to improve my skills? Is there a kind of CDLC or something I can download that will just focus on practicing triplets?

I'm a bass player as well, and I'm the exact opposite, I use my pinky constantly. I also tend to play standing, so I let the strap do the heavy lifting ^_^ I play both standing and sitting, either way the pink likes to hide :)

I am the exact same, playing bass is like "Ok so I am not doing chords or anything in this song, pinky go hide now". Honestly I find it easier with my pinky behind as it gives me more support with holding the neck, or I will end up using my pinky instead of my ring finger. If it doesnt affect your playing, dont worry about it dude.

Self-Taught bassist, been playing for 6 years, only really got involved in the last 4 years. I can memorize only certain songs (couple Metallica, Black Sabbath, Tool, songs like that) but cant seem to memorize very hard/long songs or basic songs perfectly. Anytips on how I can get to memorize songs?

Black Sabbath, Iron maiden, RATM, TOOL, Pink Floyd, Pantera, Bands like that made me want to learn an instrument and I just love the deep sound of a Bass guitar so I decided on that.

So I have had this problem for a while now and now I need help, I couldnt figure it out myself. SO I download certain CDLC's and some of them dont show up in game or anything. I dont know what is wrong I do everything I can but nothing. So I got myself some DR neon bass strings and they are getting pretty dirty from the amount of me playing, anyone else used them before know the best way to clean them without losing color? Also what was your overall experience with them like?

So I downloaded the custom tool kit to make my self a custom fretboard inlay. But the problem is I dont have the equipment to actually make it. I have a picture I want all sorted I just cant make it myself. Is there anyone willing to make it for me so I can then download the file?
