Don't screw with songs that work fine... PLZ... So happy that others have been working on this... -
I'd try to copy the bass notes in guitar pro (Highlight all with Ctrl+A)(Then Ctrl+C to copy) to a new track (Ctrl+V to Paste) you create. try... For Eg D Drop C = C1 G1 C2 F2 in Guitar Pro 6 for me... It shows up in RS2014 D-Standard, C-Standard or D-Drop C... HINT *Change the tuning on the empty Track before you paste the notes... check for missing notes and listen/compare to the New Bass Track Solo to make sure it still has 100 % or close... Does it seem playable even in the hardest parts? Compared to the layout of the original, does it become almost impossible... Mutes are hard to keep unless to manage to get some of the strings on the exact same tuning as some of the 5/6-string ones... KORN/Fieldy's Low A Palm-Mutes makeup most of his music... too much is lost...

As per my signature you can see what I did With my yamaha... Tried BEAD strings and no surprise 2 Weeks into it being perfect, i was tired one night and tried Eb tuning and broke a string... Least im still using the Fat B string .130 TuneS fine up to D... drop d is fine if your other 3 strings are stock gauge or only .05 or .10 thicker...

Nice glad you got it sorted... Close friend plays only bass and we experimented with his 5 string signature fieldy bass which is epic but best we could do in game was chosing C standard anyway... his simple ashton bass gets used allot because of this...

Yeah I love C Standard and D Drop C on my basses... thicker strings aern't necessary... Rs2014 supports Low c aka C1, C Standard etc but no lower then that... it barely picks up 1 in 8 B0/low b like in BEAD tuning... CEAD tuning is fine if you want to keep things as close as possible to 4/5 Strings from a 5 string...

Yeah it's frustrating... So far I've done alright with some tests where we only lose fieldys palm mutes basically... For allot of people they rather play the mutes transposed... So ill take votes or release both... but expect less headache inducing tracks from me while I get better at this... SOMETIMES ITS AS EASY AS MAKING A Copy of the notes in Guitar Pro to a new Bass Track Tuned to Custom C1 E1 A1 D2 C Standard Or D Drop C (C1 G1 C2 F2) :) Whichever Result Looks Easier may workout from there with only notes around 30hz being lost ie Any lower then C1 -

Na i got what you meant... sorry if i confused you... Basses: I Use a YAMAHA 4-String 24 Frets (BEAG String-ed, i broke the D on the 5-string set) used in rocksmith for D Standard -> C Standard & D Drop C... ASHTON - 4-String 21 Frets, used in rocksmith for E Standard, Drop D, Open G (on one muse track lol), Half-Step Down (Nirvana)... Guitar: Les Paul Special II 6-String (2x Humbucker Pickup) Great But Rarely Played... -
I Suggest We use a higher quality setting then 4 (Default) in wWise, i like 8-10... 10 only if i have something LOSSLESS 8 for 320kbps MP3s 6 for 192kbs MP3s 4 sounds more like a 128kbps MP3 to me... Bit tinny... maybe I'm fussy... i know not everyone has great speakers but using a set standard from now on at least a 6+ rule would be good i think... Size doesn't change that much...
