I thought the last few songs were a bit rubbish, guess it's fine since they're just covers though.

Hmm seems that my bass does not like tuning this low, it sounds awful even when i am hitting the right note, lots of twang and buzz

Couple of rhythm tracks

I find this hard for beginner , Could just be I haven't touched my guitar for a few weeks ?? Dare I say I like this track a lot

Maiden Flash of the blade what a fantastic track had to use RR on this though. Jeez the levels have gone up. lol

The posting time has not changed over 8 years... its always within hours, and it will not be set to a certain timepoint for practicability. There is no point in not posting scores that you did - cause spirit of the competition is to improve over the week and see players improve. 5 Years ago i personally had a classmate or opponent who would post his winning score once in a week 30mins before new weekstart - so with litterally no time to fight back ... that´s not in the spirit of our friendly contest really. I encourage everyone to post any achieved score and eventually improve.

I can assure you that everything is calculated correctly in the 10-week leaderboards. Please pm me the issue or post here and i will check on that specifficaly. It really would be a bad thing if your participations rate would drop for disagreements with the organisation.

I never mentioned posting times. I have never waited until the last minute to post. Why is is that if someone says something, the few take it out of context?  What was said is that there were scores not posted correctly. I had mentioned this weeks and weeks earlier.  Shall I pull this up and re-post, to refresh memories?  Ya'll (select few) are out to make this more than this is, f@@& it!!! Really annoyed at all the bs. It ain't real till you have played live in concert!!!!

Read the thread. The last minute posting/cut-off time thing is a separate issue, unrelated to your gripes, but still relevant to other people here.

This is a 7 to me. A fun workout!

I assure you there are no cliques here and no one out to make anything more than it is. The organizers are just normal people with lives, families, jobs, etc. who are trying to keep this thing going as a way to challenge each other and improve our playing. If your post about incorrect scores was missed, I'm sure it was an honest oversight and not anything more. @ Rodman already asked you to PM him or post the issue here, so why not just do that instead of lashing out?

Yes I know it was honest. But when I questioned it no one was on it. Or even replied. I was thinking because I did not move up a level when I was asked, is why.  So I moved up. I wasn't ready to move up but did because my scores never improved from then on.  I'm tired of this bs, just gonna play. and enjoy all music as I did before!

I don't know that I really like most Maiden, but I like playing most Maiden.  I think they, much like Jethro Tull get a lot of mileage out of the pentatonic shapes.  I really liked Maiden's Cross Eyed Mary, now I think I have figured out why.
