Sorry for my noobish questions, and I hope this is the right place to ask...
I've been playing Rocksmith and Rocksmith 2014 on PS3 for about six months now, along with some of the official DLC songs, but I'm running out of decent songs to learn.
It looks like I'll be spending some time away from home with work in the near future, so would like to start up again with a more portable setup.
I've already got a Kala U-bass in the post :D, and I have a Macbook Air for my travels. I can boot the Mac to run Windows 7, through Bootcamp, or just run plain old OSX on it.
What's my best option for running CDLC - do I buy Rocksmith 2014 for Win or OSX?
Also, I take it that if I buy a copy of the game on Steam, I don't need an internet connection to play it, once I've downloaded it?
TIA
All about the bass, no treble...
