There are various reasons for a song disappearing. As you suggested, the uploader, or creator deleted it for whatever reason is one. Another scenario a while ago, Google drive "revamped" its sharing permissions. In doing so uploaded songs that did not have the permissions granted to everyone were not able to be downloaded. If the creator was no longer active, the songs were removed from Ignition as they were no longer able to be downloaded. Another file hosting service that was used has shut down since this site has been active that people were using to host the charts. Creators that did not move to a new service or were no longer active to move the songs were removed over time as well.
