Can you post screen shots of how they're appearing in-game? Are you using the Rocksmith 2014 XML files with the toolkit (file names ending in _RS2.xml)? Can you post the EOF project file or one of the affected XML files?

After some testing, i found the problem to be the .xml file. In the notes.eof file, the palm mutes are there but when i load the PART REAL_GUITAR_22_RS2.xml the palm mutes are not there. http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2016/50/1481761937-1.pnghttp://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2016/50/1481761937-2.pnghttp://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2016/50/1481761937-3.pnghttp://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2016/50/1481761937-4.png

I can't reproduce that, when I import an XML file that has palm muted chords, those palm mute technique imports correctly. That might not even be the problem, can you confirm what version of EOF you're using (ie. use Help>About).
