Tone Volume Error

In one of the cdlcs I'm making, for some reason the tone is very quiet even though it is set to be kinda loud.
But what is even wierder is that when I went into the tone editor, the tone was the correct volume.
Anyone know what could be causing this?

@@Redslam, tones depends on tone descriptor and song volume itself, set tone volume at tone editor, then import in toolkit, then test ingame if it's not enough loud, gain it some more at tone editor, if it still quiet set descriptor to distortion (it has bass by default for all tones from profile ;) )
