  1. Happy Birthday Izzy2014!

  2. Happy Birthday Izzy2014!

  3. Alright snake, I'll be sure to update you when I start on the songs. Should I give you the forum link when it's completed or when the first arrangement is done?
  4. Hmm. I suppose I could add bonus arrangements for certain parts. But... then again I am pretty lazy when it comes to adding anything extra :/ I guess only time will tell then.
  5. So I'm working on a project that involves a solo with two guitarists harmonizing with each other. However, there are three guitars in the solo. Two guitarists harmonizing with each other, and the third guitarist providing the rhythm. Should I combine the two guitarists into one and just use an octave pedal to create an artificial harmony, or have the second solo guitarist in rhythm? From what I understand, people stick to rhythm when they want to only play "easier" parts of the song, whereas the lead guitarist prefers to do the "harder" parts. What are your thoughts?
  6. Mind if I get in on some of the action, fellas? I'd love to do the Memory Remains, as well as One. Save these two for me. (Rest assured, I guarantee high quality customs. Or I'll eat my shoe.)
  7. @ The problem with simply asking the original charter is that there's always that one charter that creates a decent chart that has a whole lot of potential and then all of a sudden... they become incredibly inactive. I've noticed that this happened quite frequently in the previous forum and am pretty sure this will definitely happen in this forum as well. But then again, I do agree that I wouldn't enjoy having people's finger in my pie as well. After all, I worked super hard to make it as best as I could. So perhaps there can be a system where if a user becomes inactive in the forum for a lo
  8. I have a few suggestions and ideas that I'd like to share with you guys. First and foremost, I believe the testers should have their own colors if they are willing to devote their own time into testing (Just as the charters are willing to devote time into charting). Perhaps one of these delightful colors will do? http://www.colourlovers.com/palette/582195/Chocolate_Creams (I'm having a major craving for ice cream, which I can't have :( )Testing and charting go hand in hand when it comes to quality, and I feel testing is just as important as charting. I play another game that is entirely comm
  9. I've made several updates to my currently released CDLCs. Once they have been update, I will continue to create new content. Updating This Calling will be the biggest challenge I face, however.
  10. I'm looking forward to the approval section. I'll be sure to update all of my unfinished CDLCs in hopes to find each one in that section :)
  11. Gotta touch up my previous projects before working on new ones.

  12. Since there will be Heart official DLC being released later, I figured I'd listen to some of their songs in preparation for what's to come. I heard their cover of Stairway to Heaven. My god, I was nearly put to tears.
  13. I'm not the best guitarist in the world, but I did make the CDLC for this song. I'm Izzy2014 from the Smithy Anvil/ Custom Forge Forums. http://customsforge.com/topic/325-bullet-for-my-valentine-disappear/ DISCLAIMER: Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976; Allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. 14. I'll be sure to check it out when I can. Can't wait to try it :D
  15. Go to calibrate your guitar with Rocksmith. (When you go to "make noise" and mute the strings after). After you finish making noise, and it says to mute the strings, mute them but take your hands off the strings once all the noise is drowned out. That way, when you're idling, your guitar will no long be making idle noise (if you continued to mute the strings with your hand during calibration, you will be making the strings extra sensitive to ambient noise). Not sure how much of a better explanation I give, but I hope this helps out.
