Yes this is checked... But stil no notifcation of new version... For instance, i followed http://customsforge.com/page/customsforge_rs_2014_cdlc.html/_/pc-enabled-rs-2014-cdlc/school-of-rock-r14972yesterday, a new version has been updated this morning but no notification in my account... Fortunately a comment has been posted otherwise I wouldn't know... -
Ok definitely weird. I always use my first project no new project. Can you test this. Otherwise, I will create a new projet but this is definitely weird...

that's extremely weird because i never checked that option and I imported the same gp file, nothing appears in black background boxes but when i save, all fret hand muted chord are highDensity="0". I just retried like right now... I will make a video of what I am doing and you will tell me what am I doing wrong. I will be off for a few days so see you next week. Thanks for your time ! You are amazing !

I don't understand why this chord as crazy status. Even this double stop should have this status... in settings the "apply crazy to repeated chord separated by a rest" is not checked. my problem is on all muted chord like you can see at : 56.817 57.097 59.054 59.334 63.527 63.621 63.807 63.900 64.087 and so on Here the gp file : http://www.mediafire.com/download/jbsgqg1oombaf28/Jet+-+Are+You+Gonna+Be+My+Girl.gp5

I tested only the lead part PART REAL_GUITAR the one i screenshoted. But i just look into PART REAL_GUITAR_22 and i don't see any boxe with black background... when you import my project do you see any black chord ? What did i do, i imported my gp file and everything is colored with white boxes. Is there any trouble with the gp import ? I just tried to import the RS xml file created by EoF and no black background boxes appear...

I didn't find the setting I wen there but didn't find the right one. Otherwise what do i do is I open the record, download it and then follow manually the topic. In ignition each record i follow has a green tick and no more plus sign. It was wroking previously, i didn't change anything in my settings but now it does no more... -

How can we configure EoF to have the previous behaviour ? because for example, if I got a chord played multiple times followed by the same chord fret hand muted. this fret hand muted chord is displayed as a new chord with all x on each note previously i would have only a box with one x

About The Globalist, here my feedback - in the first part, one chord is missing twice - the intro doesn't sound wel enough (this is because of the drop A) - The first tone could be better - some chord are played as arpeggios like the first one. This is mandatory :p About Aftermath, i got nothing to say. It seems ok for me. Except maybe one note a 8A which sounded off to me but maybe it was my han which was off.

I was wondering if it would be possible to keep the E std tuning and play the disto part of The globalist on the A string with a whammy wouldn't be better. Or maybe play the disto part on the E String with a whammy set to -7 then when you play an E it actually sounds a A. Moreover, I notice that you don't have rhythm guitar in the globalist while during the second part there is definitely 2 guitars one played with a slide and another playing chord. I think this slide should be lead and rhythm the chord obviously. I may work on a version of my own with this modification or contribute to yours don't know yet.

Yes I know unpitched slides exist but not slide in like it is in defector.

Yes but there's no such thing in RS unpitched slide in doesn't exist. Nevertheless this is not a big deal in the custom

And about revolt, I remember the clean tone is not that good, and the tone for the intro part miss a bit of heavy imo. And I'm pretty sure this song switches between 12/6 and 4/4 time signautre, we'll have to wait the official tab to confirm my hunch

I would add for the handler to put more volume in the tapping part. And we have to wait but i'm pretty sure the double stop part is not accurate enough. But i can't propose nothing better :S And I confirm for the slide in you should change from 1E to something else like 5 or 7 where your hand is near this spot ;)

What ? did I forget one ? No i let my feedback directly inside the post. nothing great to say just the slide in from 1 is sometimes disturbing and there is one mistake in the lyrics "transformation" -> "trance formation"

feedback dropped on Defector - The first tone has too much trebble (during JFK) it should be heavier - why is the chord on 2 harmonics ? it should definitely be fret hand muted - As you said the solo is played with whammy, so please remove the jump between string, on one hand you can try tone change like in RATM - Killing in the name of, on the other if it doesn't sounds well just let the same note and unfortunately no tone change but to have the more accurate playing style we have to not jump between chord to do this ! It is about the Toolkit's DDC. I drop the NDD psarc file from kaijin in the DDC tab and the error is "End of Stream reached with 4 byte left to read." Thanks Kaijin for this details. -

hi chlipouni. I tried to create a DD version of Kaijin's Still Got The Blues v1.1 but there was an error at the end and no DD file created. So I unpacked it, look for something wrong and I saw the preview volume set to 0. I set it to the same value that the song volume, repacked the song and tried to create DD from tis psarc. And after some windows error, the DD psarc file has been eventually created. Can you look into this please. -
The dead chord is more about readability than actually needed. And you are right the song and custom is really well done ! I just suggest thing to have the best custom ever. and I think that readability is a requirement. About the bridge i agree it is really hard to chart it as it is. I think, we can't approve Drones custom until we have access to the official tab book and compare it to the tab we ca find online. Or at least if we approve them don't forget to update it if the songbook define the way to play differently than the custom !

Sorry I have to disagree. Not about everything. I do agree that the custom is very well but some tweak can be done. For instance the dead chord must be the same chord than the previous played not open string. This will add more readability to the custom. And I think the bridge leading to the solo can be charted differently. I'm pretty sure Matt plays with whammy during this bridge. (I rememer a jump to a note on the e string. I'm pretty sure this one should be played one octave lower with a whammy set to +1 oct) Otherwise Great Custom !
