Has anyone had trouble with the Rob Zombie song ? It freezes before it even gets to the highway and won't restart, I have to shut down and restart. Cheers

i tried and tried the talking heads track but can get no better than this...... and i even had a hopeless attempt at the Gerry and the whatever song on Lead hahaha it says i could do better but i bloody can't :(

Well after a disappointing football match I decided to have another bash at this weeks songs soon to realise that i can't play guitar with a load of Magners cider inside of me.....however i have a knack of getting better on bass with a slightly drunk head....so after getting 100% on Sara & Gypsy by Fleetwood mac (thanks Lacey) i decided to have a go at the novelty song. ta da happy now, night night all

tonights scores brought to you at half time....Spurs1 Monaco 2 Talking heads bass..... followed by Talking heads Lead....... and finally this weeks novelty song, Gerry and the blah blah blah must dash.... second half is starting.... later

@@Mortalo ...... yes I have found with some songs that they seem impossibly difficult but then you seem to start to get it in your head and it just clicks, then you wonder what all the fuss was about lol

Another hour or so and i managed to get my Int score on bass...... i went from 59% to 63% on LAS then i went straight to Sa and got 94% then 97%........ then this score, i never thought i could get into the 90's but things just clicked and life was happy again :D so happy in fact that i had another go at the Pistols Bass...... Not only 100% but i was pleased with the score as well, love playing this one this might be my last scores of the week....going away for the weekend night night all

I found that the only way to get better at playing certain tunes is to get into character, so with my fish net stockings on and a little light make up (just a bit of red lippy of course, i'm not gay) and a pair of knickers that i found in the car I was ready for the Rocky Horror Picture show, So with a pelvic thrust i dived into the Rhythm to improve on my score of 91. something % hmmm not a bad improvement i thought....... while I'm in the mood and the Gin and Tonic is just kicking in I'll have a go at the Advanced Bass. This was NOT a 'Decent performance' and i'll probably never play the Time Warp again as the bass is out of my league and the Rhythm sounded awful...... plus i got chaffing from my attire :ph34r: Time to get my Punk Rock stuff on and thrash the Bass a bit B)

took a step to the left........and got a shit score......... took a step to the right.... and got a shit score........ i guess you know where this is going....... tomorrow i am gonna do the pelvic thrust........see what score that brings. went on to Sex pistols bass for a rest........never thought i'd say that some of you may notice that there is no INT Bass submitted as yet and i can confirm that i have played the Iron Man song (more than once) but as yet i have not managed to get through without the orange bars showing or the dreaded XXX's no excuses like it was my Granddaughters first birthday (it was though) or i was too busy (although i real was) or i burnt my thumb on a hot weld (did that too) no medals for me this week me thinks night night

oh yes ........ some Pistols to get my teeth into, I might be a beginner this week, :P I saw these guys when they reformed for the Filthy Lucre tour a few years ago....still brilliant. i have had a little go tonight but have held myself back due to the cost of new guitars, i have to refrain from smashing up my man cave whist playing this...... First on Bass then on to Rhythm, then on to Lead When the Sex Pistols started out everyone said that Steve Jones couldn't play Guitar and that the was shit, well what does that make me ? hahahaha

@@Rodman it looks like I can get most of the chord fest but you can nail the solo bits, at least we know what we need to practice on lol But as there is more chords than solo so I think I need to get a better score if I can find time, Love the whale vid,

I have played My Generation by the Who over 120 times and still on 98%...... .hmmm maybe I should give it another go, its been quite a while since I last tried it and this Championship definitely improves your skills.

Thanks for bringing the Police back to my attention. I wasn't really into the Police back in the day mainly because my Dad liked them which , in my 14-15 year old eyes, made them uncool. however........I'm gonna download some this weekend ....... just don't tell my Dad Cheers

Well it looks like my little Racoon friend may be on to something, with a bit of RR and a lot of tries things are starting to make sense, I may not get 100% on the Clutch song but i'm closing in, I think it'd be wrong to take advantage of his absence though........ A small improvement on the Rush Lead........Could do better but recognition is giving me problems and my hands hurt tonight. And lastly a little bit of bass to end the night, it is a bit of a hard one and very busy on the fingers......... night night all

@@Vodka have a nice holiday mate, and nice score on the Clutch song, i haven't tried it yet but i doubt i'll get near you this week. i tried the rush song though... and the bass, which i will be playing a bit more, i agree with @@covinhas87 this has a nice tone and is nice to play, i can see a better score on this by Saturday, i know it'll get blown out of the water but i was happy with this score on a song i have never heard before, night night all...... miss you too @@Vodka

well after a Beer drenched weekend i managed to get on the guitar for an hour, starting of with Pink....... theres not enough Pink on here in my opinion :rolleyes: Bass, nice and easy, Lead a little more challenging but still easy, then Rhythm which i haven't quite got the 1005 yet but should get it by the end of the week, might even try MM annoyingly i didn't see the miss :(

This is definitely my last post of the week, going to see a band tomorrow night and the Spurs v Liverpool match is an early kick off so no chance of getting home sober from that one. I managed a few runs tonight and as promised I headed straight for Jet........... sorry @ Vodka :ph34r: Then after all those power chords i decided to have another go at the 'Boots are made for walking' as i need the open chord practice, then surprised myself with a nice score...... Thanks for another great week, looking forward to the next tune,so long as it isn't one of Misses S's requests.........you know the one lol night night all

Who needs a gym when you have guitars ? Sweating like a pig trying to improve every song but starting to struggle now, small improvements only and then i see @@Vodka gets a 98+ heres tonights and probably the last of the week........ Jet Bass, inspired by Noony but with a little more sweat, swearing and face pulling...... then on to Judas bloody Priest attempted on SA Rhythm........ then........Jet Rhythm which i was pretty happy with, Not sure if i can play anymore this week, but if i do manage to play it'll be Jet Rhythm ...... be warned Vodka hahahah night night all
