Why am I still playing this one?

Finally got the part that was tricking me up.

Small improvement on bass. Still not enough for the lead.

This is so much like the rhythm part I thought I would try it in SA. The fingers were just doing it today, all I had to do was get out of the way. I love that feeling!

I played Chasey Lain a bunch with headphones on, so hopefully this effort will be enough this week. I don't think this song is quite a 3, the last few 2 rated songs have been harder in my book. I did start playing the B chord in the intro riff down at the 7th fret to be right next to the E chord that follows it. That made it a touch easier rather than going from the 2nd fret to the 7th. And a few runs on bass. Some improvement on Party Police. Really enjoyed Angie on Bass!

After playing Chasey Lain on bass I agree, it is a bit harder, but they are close,. I'd rather not swap them however because selfishly I can't play Chasey Lain with kids around. If we made Chasey lane the optional bass as use Angie as the one for points I would be all for that. I'm not sure Chasey Lain is a 3 on lead either. I think scores last week show that song was harder and it was a 2. I would also rate party police a 2 on rhythm. None of this is to throw shade at those who rate them, you do a great job. These are just my thoughts! Back to the rock!

I modified it, instead of those spaghetti chords down at the 7th and 8th fret I played them a string over on the 2nd and third fret. It gave me a more normal chord shape that I could slide. It make a huge difference to me. And I totally agree to the playing it more method. Most people here are better than me, I just beat my head against it more. I just spent more time than you on it... ;) and still wasn't able to 100% it :( Your victory on Naked is really impressive though...

Was making no progress, then switched guitars and bam! My strat has 10s, and I switched to my Gretch that I'm running 8s on. My Gretch is a hollow body so I have to play it lighter, so maybe that is why. Or its just a jazz guitar and said "I got this, just keep your fingers out of the way!"

After 15 times finally some progress! Found the secret on this one :)

@@Rodman, I'm confused, the post says You Know I'm No Good is the Intermediate Bass song, but the spreadsheet says it is Naked. No worries either way, just wanted to know which song to focus my efforts on.

Thanks! The secret is to play the song 30 times. :wacko: I added them up, I played Holy Roller Novocaine lead 30 times last week. I need my head examined.

Starting out....You know I'm no good. I like thaebass part! Naked, the lead part waas easier for me. Had to RR the rhythm part and play through it several times to get a score worth posting. Bass is a nice groove tho.

Still not seeing these scores in the spreadsheet. Starting to worry I offended @@RSjeffH and he is ignoring me :)

That is awesome...I remember feeling that the first time. I love it when I'm in the zone and my fingers just know where to go!

I think these scores from page three were missed somehow and haven't been entered into the spreadsheet.

I keep banging my head on this song... I swear I could play if from memory, so I gave master mode a shot. No Xs! Then a breakthrough!

Another small improvement. Beating my head against this one, but at least I have something to lessen the pain.
