  1. Bad recognition in the last part at the 20-22 frets, so i got X.
  2. @ Rodman Sorry to be a nuisance this week, but yeah, I was just playing a Ventures song on Rhythm and saw this (screens). I don't know how this is a beginner. I can't play this chords . Unless we consider these chords wrong and don't count them, because C7 in this form seems impossible to play if you don't have 6 fingers .
  3. That's why I initially rated this a 6. When I create CDLC I thought it wouldn't be difficult, but these quick chord changes like this turned out to be more difficult than I thought. Rhythm chords, although some unusual ones, are not difficult, because it is quite easy to change fingers when changing chords and there is more time for it.
  4. For me this is 7.5-8, a bit too hard riffs for me. And this is Christmas nightmare...
  5. Yes, I think whoever plays these two songs will have the same opinion about the difficulty ratings.
  6. Thanks for the explanation! Yes, I agree that % accuracy in Rocksmith doesn't always reflect the difficulty of a song, if only because of the large number of easy notes that increase the score. As for the above, I only disagree that the Halestorm song is a good example of promotion to the advanced class. But this could best be said by someone competing in this class, for example @ kayteck .
  7. @ Rodman I don't quite understand your approach to difficulty rating. Here's a good example. On Halestorm you get 99% on the first attempt, and on Eagles you barely get 86% in 3 attempts, and yet you think it's the same level of difficulty .
  8. As for Driving Home, I can agree, intermediate or easy advanced. As for the Eagles vs Halestorm on Rhythm path, no way!
  9. I'll start with the Driving Home For Christmas, which I played earlier during the CDLC test.
  10. Thanks for adding Driving Home For Christmas to the selection! This is my favorite Christmas song. In my opinion, the Lead path is a bit more difficult (5.5-6), than Rhythm due to the chordal riffs. Could you change this to an advanced bonus instead of an intermediate one? There is more competition in the advanced class, so it's good to have an extra track. As for the Halestorm song, don't you think it's an 8? I played it once and thought this was more for masterclass, time to play it again. Also, for me, the Eagles song is definitely harder on Rhythm path (includes arpeggios) than Halestorm (basic chords only). Surprised that you rated a song with arpeggios so low .
  11. Guitar improvements A really hard fight to recognize bends in the final solo ended in failure. Satisfied with achieving 90% and that's it. Happy with this result. It's hard to achieve more. @ jellisjenius Change difficulty rating of the Supertramp song to 9, it more accurately reflects the difficulty of this song based on the scores.
  12. Rhythm Tones is no good here, and and I have a feeling that recognition is bad too. I played Supertramp once during songs test, but I had such a bad score (somehow 70+) that I didn't even make a screenshot, and I don't want to suffer again playing these weird chords
  13. I checked Bass path, due to the differences in ratings. Btw. Really fun to play bass charts! 4.5 6 6 6.5 (a little difficult to read notes, sometimes some obscure others). 7 7 Overall, I don't see a truly masterclass level chart here (since I do 99% on the first attempt, it cannot be otherwise). Chicago and Big Country songs are on the same diff level in my opinion, so @ jellisjenius decide how you feel.
  14. Scores from testing. Nice song, without the solo it's a beginner level, the solo raises the rating a bit. The most fun to play song I tested for this week. A similar situation as before, except for solo parts, is easy, so it's not difficult to achieve a score of 90+. But solos are an advanced level. I've played this before, so this was another try. Nice classic song. Another nice song from another great band. I tested this once so I don't know if the rating is perfect, but I felt this was such a difficult advanced.
  15. But as @ kayteck mentioned, victory goes to @ Hyphema . Yes, he was in the master class for a long time, but after watching the results, I offered him to go to the advanced class some time ago, which he agreed to. Regarding ratings, my ratings for the Lead and Rhythm paths may be a little inaccurate as I only played those songs once and sometimes the rating could be affected by bad recognition etc. Also when I come across strange, unusual chords while visually reading (Supertramp, Chicago songs) I can't play them and I have a very poor score, which affects the rating. Also when I play song first time and find weird, untypical chords (Supertramp, Chicago songs) I can't play them and I have a poor score, which affects the rating.
  16. Wow what an amazing chart! There is no time to be bored. Truly GoB. Thanks @ Alan24 for doing this. I don't know how their bassist played it, but I played with a pick because I think it's better.
  17. Bass improvement I hope I can play GoB by the end of the week.
  18. It's OK. I understand that you want to compete in the masterclass? Asking because this song is quite easy for this class, later it can be harder.
  19. Rhythm Played for the first time after a long break.
  20. Bass 7.5 is little too high for me. I played this with a pick, maybe it's harder with fingers. Wtf? Why was this rated 9 in the past? This is max 7, I feel more like 6.5. Can't we change past difficulty ratings if they are obviously wrong?
