Yep, those hammer on sections are definitely fatiguing @@missis sumner. I feel like it's a bit of a pleasure/pain thing...it feels so good to play once you get past those bits and can rock out haha! I know how it's supposed to sound, it's just hitting those hammer ons with enough force for them to register over and over again isn't it? At least you're ache free still (*touch wood*). My wrist's still giving me bother so I probably won't be playing any of the tracks over and over this week despite absolutely loving the int, adv and mc tracks. After over a week of not playing I feel sooo rusty, just wanted to get some scores up anyway to keep my die-hard streak going. Yay!! Wow, I've just checked Steam and I've not played at all since last Sunday! Not been well (I could feel it coming!) and on top of that, woke up one morning with a strained wrist - I have absolutely NO clue how I did it! Probably won't get to play until Tuesday with family stuff - Let's see if I can remember how to play by then! :D Looking forward to trying Fripple's track! :)

It was said before, but we do have a bunch of new participants so... not a chance. It basically means having another, separate Championship, and we don't have time to spare. Everyone is free to try and organize something like that, but I'll be honest, it's not that easy to keep up running ;) Understandable :) I really do appreciate what all you organisers do already, was just an idea without actually considering how much extra organising that would be.

Where are the times when MC songs were Beginner level, or then rated 6, ahh, good ol' times :lol: Songs are primarly sorted by lead difficulty, then they are properly sorted for both rhythm and bass (as you may notice that that they do not always fit the same class for each instrument). Sometimes it turns out that MC song is not really MC, or INT song not really BEG and so on. If we see that there was no good MC track in a while, we try to put one there, but since we were getting some tough songs lately I didn't felt that there is need for it now. That's how things are done, and there is no better way to do it for us. PS. King Crimson might be easier then Black Mages. I was just wondering, what about choosing totally different songs for bass? It might make it easier to fit the difficulty to each class instead of sometimes ending up with similar difficulties across the board. There's also a heap of bass only tracks that are amazing, but will never get played in the comp because they don't have a lead path. Just a thought. :)

Oh I know! :D Not gonna lie, I would enjoy advanced more and I'm not ready for MC yet...I think almost all the MC tracks I've attempted have been at advanced level difficulty, not MC. But IF I get 99.5 so be it. :)

Like the run I'm posting in the vid....not quite my best accuracy score, but sounded much better than the vid for that screengrab up there. I keep playing fretted when there should be mutes on that slap > slide > pop > ghost section, but still my best sounding run. Not sure why the vid audio sounds a bit like it's recorded in a tin bucket though :huh: Edit: Your post went up while I was writing this post @@domsch1988. I really do try to stay relaxed (I don't think I'm tensing up), but after a few runs my forearm feels worn out so I'm obviously not hanging loose. Is it just a stamina thing? Should I be going and hammering Lessons In Love for endurance training? :lol:
