  1. Souce? It's something that have been asked for years and now that they do it, they get flacked as if they are going out of business or something without any information indicating any issue, they are still recruiting, they are still active, they are putting out content players asked for, how can that be considered a problem? It's way too early to judge anything at this point as the next month can easily get back to the usual artist/variety pack like they did for years now.
  2. We don't allow CDLC of oDLC being shared around here. Just make sure to keep your post in check with our rule. And as far as i'm aware, steam update shouldn't even touch CDLC content so unless you have actual information about your situation that isn't in opposition with everything we know so far, i don't really see who is that suppose to help.

  4. Seems like the wwise convertion is failing or done with incorrect settings which is why it's always strongly suggested to let the toolkit handle the convertion itself.
  5. 1) it's never true as far as i'm aware at the moment, in fact it tends mostly to be the opposite, songs done later or with more recent update are more likely to be better as they would have been made to adjust what was lacking in previous work and done with more recent tool and better experienced charter in general. The 100% bug is linked to chord, the idea is that chord are counted two times in the total, so hitting one chord correctly count as 2 correct hit which completely skew the resulting accuracy at the end cause a song with only chord can bassically end up with 2 times more "hit" than the actual number of chord there is.
  6. The thing is, most of this have already been talked about over Rocksmith forum or during their stream. They are aware of what could be better and would help, they've also asked question over Rocksmith Discord about some stuff. There's not much point left in suggesting what could be improved, the question is wether or not doing an update is something that they consider viable/interesting or have the proper manpower to do and how far can they really go with the current game code. Many thing that we can't know about without inside information.
  7. @@eatingcheese If you don't find the song in the game, it's because you missed the very first phrase, buy cherub rock.
  8. @@1Aviationnut this is not a place for feature request for the game, the dev of the game surely don't lurk around here and won't notice your suggestion.
  9. @@PurpleOldMaN and @@naty_baravieira Make sure to verify the integrity of the game files via steam. If the issue persist, could you please send us a screenshot of your rocksmith root folder?
  10. @@ecma23 the proper dll can always be found here : http://customsforge.com/topic/901-how-to-use-custom-dlcs-in-rs2014/
  11. Transcription is a whole subject that i don't intend to cover on that tutorial. Guitar Pro and music notation in general is a whole can of worm that i don't feel qualified to teach over written text. There's plenty of information around (even wikipedia is a decent source for that) that you can use but if no guitar pro file are available and you have no experience in transcription or in using guitar pro, you might as well switch songs.

  13. You don't need that box, just select a note by clicking on it and use the mouse wheel to adjust the sustain (or you can use the keyboard key [ or ] too). The note panel, as i said, is useless for adjusting sustain. I don't know how else i can write this anymore really.
  14. Already told you how to adjust the sustain on a selected note
  15. The note panel offer no control over the sustain. the issue you have in the main view is that you are too zoomed out to actually notice the sustain on the note but it's there. But what bother me the most in that screenshot is the fact you are not syncing the beat to the music which will only make your work harder on so many aspect and won't allow you to create quality content at any point.
  16. @@tacticalcity mouse wheel or [ and ] (and this is all in the help of EOF that you can access by pressing F1)
  17. @@shadowfeaux Cherub Rock, the first line in the first post literally.
  18. @@MetalDevil you should not move the note one by one but instead adjust the beatmap in EOF to fit with the tempo of the song. I cover this partially in my tutorial which can be accessed by clicking "Create CDLC" at the top and i put link toward a few more complete tutorial on the subject. Note that even if you have a tab, you can always play around and do modification to it in Guitar Pro if you desire which can help to get acquainted with the interface and logic of it all more easily than trying to copy something without many knowledge on some of the notation which can end up being more guess work than anything.
  19. @@MetalDevil You realize you can download the gp5 tab from songsterr for free though right? :)
  20. @@Stowy This is for PC though not MAC. @@minimaestro17 and @@tisverycool You are the only two use i've seen that have issue with CDLC on MAC at the moment with the current patcher while i'm fairly certain it works for at least one user. I will need a lot more information regarding your specific situation but i don't see any reason to imagine that CDLC on MAC are dead at the moment considering many of the MAC user i'm aware of have not manifested themself on the subject at all.
  21. @@bassplr19 Yes and it's not likely to change for CDLC though it's not related to the original OP back from 2018.
  22. The biggest concern with such system is that it's huge and requires a decent amount of space to place in a room which is why it's not something you commonly see in a house but if you are confident you have space for it, i don't see any glaring issue with such a system.
