new week incoming in 15 mins

I didn't touch the lead part during the week, and now it's too late to get a good score.

Final score.

I'm gonna give it a couple more tries, but the long RR sections prevent me from learning the solo. Maybe I can get a lil bit higher in Score Attack, but I don't expect any serious progress.

yea, you need to lift your elbow to keep the wrist straight. It's uncomfortable at first, but you get used to it after a while.
-
That's different than me then, I get blisters every time I test songs for a new week but no stamina problems. Last year when I played bass every week I had callouses on the right hand, now I just have pain. I still won't use a pick on bass tho.

@ Razrshred Pick or no pick for bass?
-
100% looks achievable.

@ Razrshred You win on lead part. Things in my personal life panned out a little different than I had planned and now I'm just too tired and my scores keep getting worse and worse. -

I'm gonna chime in here, even if I wasn't asked. 1. While submitting with no rating is allowed, IMO any rating is better than no rating. 2. The way I do the selection is I roll the full tracklist first (usually with rng) . Then I test all the paths to see if the original ratings were ok (and that the song is playable). If I find that I disagree with the ratings I try to move stuff around to make it fit, and if that's impossible then I re-roll the least fitting song (not always the one which was rated wrong), looking at original ratings again. It's a very rare situation that I'd use a song with no number next to it. 3. If you know that a song is beginner level just rate it 2 or 3, it doesn't really make a difference. It's gonna get tested either way. 4. Diff rating is kinda a skill. No one is expecting perfection on the first try. 5. Diff rating is kinda a skill. The more you do it, the better you become at it. So just give it a shot. 6. There are no consequences if you get something wrong. PS. The current mc song was originally submitted by me (some time ago) and I still changed the ratings when creating the week. It'll always be a approximation, there's no ideal rating for a song. -

Only advice I can give is to check the harmonics with a tuner, your intonation might be off or something. If it's not then the problem probably lies with CDLC, but it's gonna be the same for everybody so don't give up. @ Rodman does that one, I'm actually unsure on how it works. Beginner it is. Have fun leveling up.
