When I bought the bass, the sales guy claimed that if I ever had any problems I could just bring it in and they would fix or replace it. And then the guy working at the register told me the same thing. Apparently that policy is no longer in effect. The return/replacement policy was for fifteen days, so that is long past. I bought it last summer, so the manufacturers warranty (one year) is still active, but now they (Guitar Center repair) won't touch it. I don't understand why not. I wasn't asking them to fix it for free. I just want them to try to fix it. Even if they can't fix the warped neck, I just asked that they try and look it over to see if it is something that can be repaired, but like I said, they won't even do that. It's really frustrating.
