hmmm..so looking at last weeks scores i think the leaderboard is wrong? 

@ Satinuke  should be the winner for lead since @ Daz40  , @ Vodka  all got the same % but satinuke got the highest streak. According to me its accuracy % streak and then score. 
lemme know if i can just manually change it @ Rodman  or if that causes issues. also i dont understand why their scores were rounded down if they posted score attack. the leaderboard of last week looks odd.

The leaderboard is definitely missing a few scores, e.g. @ Satinuke last scores before the end of the last week.

Thanks for another week created, I could do it this week, but there was some confusion in the championship organizer's messenger and I thought @ Rodman  wanted to create a selection 🤨

A small note: Alternative rhythm path of the Sam Fender song is in E Standard tuning, which I mentioned in the song suggestion.

There is a problem with React App - so i had to enter a ton of scores manually, @ avastreg  is on it and when it´s working we will update last and this week of course.
@ Satinuke  entered scores after i manually updated the leaderboard - those scores are perfectly fine - please enter manually as long as the system is not running.

There was confusion because @ cacahuate51  took over last week and wrote his name into this week in the schedule! Thx for doing it again! I´ll do next week - or, @Mikson - if you want you can also and i take the one after.

My son and I sat down yesterday morning and got four takes recorded on Can't Stop.  This ended up being take 4.  Tones are plain guitar and bass DI to the audio interface.  Drums are from Band in a Box.  Both guitar and bass have EQ, compression, and saturation added.  I tried out a limiting plugin on the master bus as well for a bit more richness.  While my goal was to record a live playthrough, I did splice in 2 small places to cover my wrong notes and move the ending to the bass so it all resolved better.  It was so cool to get to play this tune with my son!  Oh, and this is recorded on his new bass, a Peavey Milestone III.

Really liked the funky vibe, the improvisation/jamming and the overall tone! And those drums fit right in... One of the things I struggled was generating drums in Audacity because the tempo was always changing and it seemed very artificial... Have to change the workflow 🤣

@ Daz40  curse you for that Chesney song, I used to hear it every weekend at old bar job.... That and it was at number one for a while (when rewatching Top of the Pop's 2)

First results of the week. Didn't know most of the songs. Always good to discover new bands.

The results are not famous on the drop tunings 😞 Let's see if Rocksmith and my bass cooperate more with me... 🤣

 

 

Well Rocksmith started cooperating (at least on the first frets) 🙏

 

The advanced song is great. Overall I think the ratings (comparatively) are good (even though I tried the masterclass before the advanced 🤦‍♂️ )

funfun. bass seemed easier today maybe i was just sleepy yesterday..or maybe it was different not sure but i know ill give it a couple more gos later

 

I have no any idea how to deal with it. Chords just can't be detect correctly. 1 try from 10 was success (not in this video). 

 

 

You can't even imagine how much hard I wanna break my hands and my guitar after play like this:

I place my fingers correct but result is terrible.

You don't play it that badly, there are often problems with recognition and there is no golden solution for it. Try hitting the upper strings (thicker) harder, sometimes I have the impression that Rocksmith recognizes more on these strings 🤔

I don't even know how you guys do it...

I tried playing a simple G chord on my acoustic (nylon strings) and Rocksmith never detected it 😢

I just don't have enough time to practice 2 songs in a week so just for fun, I made a cover of the beginner song from last week championship "Jesus stole my girlfriend".

It's incredible how bad it sounds 😅

Always amazes me how a drum beat may switch the whole song. the fast paced drums gives it a good energy, I dug it! Glad the song gave you inspiration to do a cover and hope to see more in the future!
