I purchased the rerelease of Rocksmith 2014 just last week and I followed chainbrains tutorial on how to install the cdlc to allow me to access the songs I found here but when I open the game none of the songs I've downloaded are showing up, I've tried looking for cherub rock on steam but it's no longer there but my other dlc's that I've purchased do show up as playable content. I need help, every time I look for help somewhere else they all send me back to chainbrains link of downloading the same cdlc. Am I not doing something correctly?? Please help me out

Correct, and it is no longer needed. The video is outdated in that manner. The newer enablers take care of that.

Did you down load the enabler and did you run it

I have downloaded the enabler and ran it, is there a specific way to have it ran. Or do I have to put it in a specific file other than just in the Rocksmith2014 file?

You should be able to run it from the download location or desktop, although a couple of people have said that they had difficulty pointing it to the Rocksmith 2014 directory / install location.

Did running the enabler put a copy of the D3DX9_42.dll file into the Rocksmith directory?

Is your Rocksmith installed in the default Steam location, or is it on another Drive?

(C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rocksmith2014)

Thankyou for your help, it was on my d drive but my steam was on my c drive so I had to switch it over and move the cdlc files over to the c drive and they all appeared

Seems to be a problem for some people with the libraries being on another drive. Good that you figured it out and got it working.
