All my CDLC rates at 100% regardless of how accurate I am. Is it just me? Fixes?

I've got all songs set to full difficulty (no dynamic up or down) and every CDLC rates at 100% after finishing. The counter on the left gives me the accurate number and voiceover (eg "Decent performance/You're gonna be a superstar!"), but the big percentage on the left goes all the up to 100% after all my CDLCs.

The regular DLCs work as normal and give accurate readings.

Is there a fix to this? Common problem? (I didn't see anything posted here, but I could have missed it.)

For the love of god, people, no bitching/whining/complaining. If you don't like something, either state it constructively...or keep it to yourself.
