Importing Lyrics (invalid lyric file)

Ive tried everything i have come across on forums. I am using ultrastar to make the lyrics, although every time i try to import, i get (invalid lyric file).

Ive tried removing anything extra as far as commas and such, ive tried saving as UTF-8 and ANSI with no different results. im not sure what im doing wrong at this point.

usually means your time is out of order,  are all the numbers in the file sequential ?   sometimes when you add lyrics and then rewind a bit in ultra star creator you create a lyric before another, but its timestamp is after the lyric it is before.
