Changing tuning pitch for chart

I'm trying to make a chart for Gold Dust by Duster and the track seems to be in Eb standard but with a higher pitch than A440hz, is there anyway I can add that into the chart with EoF? Or should I just leave it in the cdlc notes? I could just pitch shift the whole track to 440 but I'd rather not change the song...

You can change the tuning pitch in rstoolkit or dlc builder once you add the xml files from eof.
