CDLC freezes on amp screen after tuning and D3DX9_42.dll prevents the game from booting up

Hi. I have Rocksmith 2014 pirated (the SKIDROW version). Cherub Rock is in my dlc folder. I think the cdlc is freezing because I'm not using the D3DX9_42.dll file. But whenever I do put the D3DX9_42.dll file in my root Rocksmith 2014 directory folder, the application won't even open at all. The directory is just in my downloads folder -- I didn't install it through Steam or anything (like I said, SKIDROW torrent instead).

dll is for remastered version, it wont work for pirated copies (which are against our rules)

No piracy, no mentioning piracy related sites, no crack discussion

I'd suggest buying the game (and cherub rock), then the dll will work.
