On chord, this allow to show the full panel again instead of the repeat box.

 

On single note, it allow to have overlapping sustains.

I think I understand for the agreement. Basically it represents the agreement in detail instead of naked representation when the same agreement is repeated that's it ? (I must say that I had asked the question on this representation).

 

On the other hand for a single note I do not see concretely how it gives.

If you give crazy status to a chord, the chord will be forced to display as a chord box in game instead of a repeat line.

 

If you give crazy status to a single note, that note is allowed to overlap (sustain over) notes on other strings.
