here's an idea for a huge improvement to rocksmith via a graphics modification, on the rhythm patterns, put a different colour tint (e.g. purple hue or similar) on the up strokes.

 

Not sure this possible but would certainly help a lot.

Since RS has no way of using the up or downstroke indicator, there's no way to impact the graphic display with that data.

Hmm, i'd hoped that remaster might have returned the ability.

Not sure why you say "return" because it was never there to begin with. I mean there's a tag for it in oDLC but RS ignores it as it was probably something they dropped during dev.

I know this isn't supposed to be a thread for suggestions, but I do like your idea. Another thing I had in mind (But just don't know how it would even be possible, if it is possible) is something similar to what Guitar Hero Live did, where it has you on an actual stage, or maybe just a stage from Guitar Hero 3 for when you're playing a song. It'd be a lot more fun than just flashing colors and random movements you see from the silhouetted crowd.

I know that you can change the loft for the menu and all but altering the venue themself to reach the GHL style would be way harder to get.
