I can't hear my guitar playing

I'm not sure if I'm on the right topic or not but please just move it to the right place if it's wrong one. And also sorry for my English as I'm not a native speaker.

 

I have 30 hours of Rocksmith 2014 playing on Steam and I figured out that I can't hear my guitar. The game can understand what I do, sometimes says wrong fret but generally okay, but as I said on the title I can't hear my guitar voice. I have watched too many Rocksmith 2014 gameplay on YouTube and on some channels there is no guitar sound (I mean playing sound, normally there is sound like an mp3 or something) and on some channels there is guitar sound. I'm not sure if I explained myself right or not but thanks for your helps already now. Also here is screenshot of my settings;

 

Note: I am using my microphone jack as I don't have Rocksmith's USB Cable.
