Can you play cherub rock? You should be able to see the songs even with the wrong dll.
did you place the cDLCs in the corecct folder?
Take a printscreen of your Rocksmith2014 folder.

There is a app for extracting tabs from .psarc. just search the forum.

Are you logged into steam? Without steam sometimes my dlcs wont work. And without my cherub rock my cdlcs dont work.

I would guess the creator of those cdlc did not add Dynamic Difficulty (DD) to the songs.
You can add it yourself quite easy with just one program.
Download the Rocksmith toolkit and use the Dynamic Difficulty Creator (ddc).
