need some help please guys

 

my rocksmith was playing fine then i had an issue with my graphic card so now running with on board graphics

anyway rocksmith was getting as far as the white screen the the plectrum in the right corner and wont go any further, tried reinstalling and no joy

 

evenutally i have reinstalled windows and rocksmith but still stalling and going no further at that screen

just to add to this i have downloaded the d3d file for using cdlc's

 

the patch box that opens i am getting amessage saying

 

could not open file /data etc

In order to run rocksmith you need a good graphic card and the proper driver installed. Most of the times on board graphics don't reach the minimum requirement.It's not clear to me if you have a faulty graphics card, so your pc is using its onboard one or if it's just a matter of driver.Besides, are you on a desktop or a notebook?

i think its the graphic card - thats now been binned and the onboard stuff isnt up to it

 

will be in a better place when i get a new card
