Fret Board Camera Not Focusing On Notes?

To briefly say what this is. It's basically where the camera isn't focused on the fret board. It's not zoomed out like it is in Joe Satriani's Satch Boogie. I can't see anything beyond a certain fret, and I'm not sure how to fix it. 

 

And when I installed the Customs Forge Song Manager, which I'm never using again by the way, it deleted half my CDLC's because they were apparently 'Corrupt' when all of them I have played since installing the Remastered update. And surprisingly, I found out some of the CDLC that was deleted had no issues at out. Where some did, and it's the issue I'm having here.

I'm guessing it has something to do with finger positions and or dynamic difficulty. I might take it a step further and recreate all the CDLC's I've played that have this issue as of currently.

That issue is caused by the lack of section inside the CDLC, you would need to edit the CDLC inside EOF to correct this.
