Re-share button

I was just spit balling an idea for the forums

  I had been wondering if we can get a re-share button added to the forums (maybe a future release)  for cases where the charter is no longer around, this would then send a message to others that have downloaded it so we could upload to a drop box to keep it alive. The report button is all well and good but it does not let others who have the file know it is no longer available, that is unless someone post's it in the thread.  I feel we should all do our bit to help, it is the least we could do imo.

 

A rule/rules could be be implemented in so far as the button would only work if the charter has been absent for more than say a month? A mod/mods could also then be notified and make the decision (or have it automatic) that the listing be move to the orphanage. 

The cdlcs would still show up in ignition but be flagged that it is in the orphanage and not supported by a magna charter.
 

it is only rough and no doubt needs a polish but i think it would be a great addition to this awesome comunity.
