Oh dear, I had the same. And to a degree still have it. Too much strain from guitar playing, computer work, motorcycling and sword fighting. It never really goes away, says my orthopaedic. I managed to keep it under control by switching keyboard layout to Dvorak, cutting down on mouse use, selling the bike and putting HEMA activities on hiatus. Guitar playing time increased, though :-) Take care!
