Oh dear, I had the same. And to a degree still have it. Too much strain from guitar playing, computer work, motorcycling and sword fighting. It never really goes away, says my orthopaedic. I managed to keep it under control by switching keyboard layout to Dvorak, cutting down on mouse use, selling the bike and putting HEMA activities on hiatus. Guitar playing time increased, though :-) Take care! Thanks I will ! first is wrist rest splint (very efficient until now...), next infiltration when necessary, a little surgery is the last step if it gets too painful (pretty common).

Hi My zero latency setup : line selector BOSS LS-2 (60 EUR used) as ABY splitter then one send to the PC via RS cable, the other send to my line 6 pod, then I set guitar return volume to zero in RS, and at least I mix both sounds, one from the PC the other from the guitar effect in a small mixing board ALTO ZMX 52 (50 EUR new) I you have an effect pedal with left and right output you can use it as active splitter
