    Hey @ jasmith85 looks like this is your first bass post of the the year ?! The system is telling me you are not yet assigned in bass. I remember you used to participate under another name but dont remember it and not sure if you played bass in it Do you want to be intermediate bass since you are intermediate in both lead and rhythm or do you wish to start from the bottom and climb up since you only posted the beginner song?

    Yea I can see it ending up as an 8 at the end of the week. I usually rate things lower than most people. So we'll see at the end of the week

    I guess Mystic and I are power creeps since he rated it a 7 and i only .5 higher I felt like the song repeated quite a bit, the open notes do always confuse me slightly on rocksmith. It will be a pain to get 100% because of the length but i do feel like getting high 90s is quite achievable and i do think theres harder songs out there. At any rate make sure to leave your ratings and we'll balance it at the end of the week for it to be more fair.

    Dayum! Grats on the score i wasn't expecting someone to get that high this week . I'mma have to check out your streams one day after seeing that number. Finally someone gave @ shaggy_malagy some competition hehe.

    Thanks for waiting. I chose the theme song to 28 days later cause the new movie will be comming out this month like jasmith mentioned. And i thought it would be neat to play as a tribute to it. I have not seen the movies, only scenes (even though i did buy the dvds years ago lol) but the theme song has always stuck with me. The tab seemed good to me, i personally dont have my hand just resting on the 1 to 4 section as that is kinda more stretchy than i am used to. So i move around more/ seems easier for me that way but maybe its more economical to stay in the same place. Just thought i should mention that, so that beginners dont feel the need to stay in place for the main riff. the rest are pretty much sugestions, was going for a chromatic week at one point so i filled the week intermediate rhythm with walkie talkie since thats one of the songs that i think of when doing chromatic riffs.. hadnt heard lenny song before reminded me of whole lotta love, was a fun surprise. aldious reminded me of av7x beast and the harlot. easy masterclass rhythm song this week...added the jazz song for masterclass since it was the "hardest" one i played on the suggestion list its still relatively easy but should be more challenging than the other bass songs. added the liquid experiment song for anyone who is willing to play a 16min song. Willbyam always blows my mind tabbing such long songs and they seem to be good to me atleast. hopefully its an ok week hope yall enjoy atleast one song.

    Ah funny that you mention celldweller on the blue stahli song because he is actually under klaytons(celldwellers) label FIXT. I believe they were quite close as klayton used to host a weekly production video on youtube (think he stopped quite a while ago) and the producer of blue stahli would sometimes appear. There was some interesting production techniques if anyone is curious check it out. EDIT :Honestly i think his videos where ahead of the time as back then there wasnt that many good quality production videos. I think the second best was seamlessR which was also on the Fixt label but he mostly uses FL Studio (and is the one who usually makes the demos for fl studio). I believe celldweller probably wouldve been more famous if he were to release them now a days but who knows since theres so much content online now. ---- so that why it's similar vibes and I do suggest anyone to check the artists under that label if you like the vibe. Celldweller also has a couple of songs in video games like nfsmw and I believe ddr2? And so did bb with blow me away in halo 2 but later that became official dlc.

    I would suggest you posting ddt in here https://ignition4.customsforge.com/wishlist or in the discord channel requests as creators tend to check that/ youll have somewhat a better chance of it getting made. just after shortly listening to the song i expect it would probably be atleast intermediate. Begginer class and Masterclass is always the hardest one for me to find songs for the championship ( i dont purposefully choose hard ones lol).     np! i had fun diving video game search tag in ignition and recommend anyone to do so aswell as maybe you find something you wouldnt have ever played before/ find a game that might interest you. forexample Dood gave me some info on discord channel apparently the gog song i picked was featured in beatmania. its basically like guitar hero but with a keyboard and a vinyl like dj hero lol ( atleast thats what i relate it to) . But yea if i ever see it at an arcade ill make sure to test it out now. And im sure theres more gems out there. Anyways i would also be curious in your guyses favorite videogame music/ if it has a cdlc. mine is probably hollowknight (great piano soundtrack, mostly dirtmouth /city of tears) and here ill be waiting for silksong to release but it most seems like ill wait forever and deadbydeadlights theme song (mostly cause ive spent way too much of my life in the menu loby waiting for a match, it used to be in ignition but its not anymore and i cant find it in my cdlcs )

    huh interesting, well do make sure to leave a number as i cant average words I tend to put songs i can 100 % in beginner hence why i rated it 3.5 (aka high beginner altho the table kinda puts .5s in the upper class so idk ) . To me it seemed pretty repetitive and like i mentioned in the main post theres only some sections where i can see people may need to riff repeat, like the am shaped triad or the transition to the yellow notes. but i personally thought it was doable/ think others can pull it off if practiced. I have noticed others had a rough time so i could have underated it. Although i do think sometimes first tries can be decieving as perhaps maybe you werent expecting it to be that high in the fret board or its not your playstyle or other reasons. Regardless ill make sure to balance it at the end of the week and it's good to hear feedback

    glad you figured it out! Also very neat, i have never seen a screen under a laptop keyboard that did blow my mind. Always good to see different technology out there.
