@@albatross213 there's a couple of reasons for this, unfortunately one of them isn't @@MaZtoR 's suggestion - rocksmith runs flawlessly on my pc, I have a splitter cable to run my own audio for zero audio latency and I've adjusted the video lag setting to improve that as well. I generally only play bass song until I hit the 100% mark and then move on - only so many hours in the day and so many songs to learn ! In other words I learn the notes, not necessarily the song if that makes sense. Also I play primarily with a plec, but I am learning to play with fingers (slowly!) and I tend to get higher scores when I've used that technique on the beginner songs - that might have something to do it. Or it could just be the fact that the you're a much better player than I am :)

Made a bit of a mess of my hand today in an unfortunate kitchen incident involving an extremely hot wok :( Can't really play guitar for now, but it's not so bad on bass. @ I've played rocksmith for this long: http://s16.postimg.org/46p4x7egl/rocksmith.png Well, not quite, sometimes I leave the game running in the background while I do other things, but it's still a sizeable number of hours :) I've been playing guitar on and off for a good few years, although I really only started to improve when I got RS.

@ The jump from advanced to MC is just too much for me :( There's a much greater difference is difficulty between a song rated 8 and one rated 10 than between a 6 and an 8. Nevertheless I'll just have to man up and start practicing more lead guitar - I'll stick with MC if that's ok.

Works fine now, that's weird I swear it was wrong when I checked. Anyway, nice selctrions again this week. Sixteen Saltines was the first tune I 100%'d when I got rocksmith :) Dropkick Murphys I've been waiting for for ages, such a cool song. Really digging the new Megadeth stuff, never really been a fan but what I've heard from Dystopia has been excellent. Mr Bungle, well less said the better really :)
