  1. @@L33tr, Since DDC v2.2, two adjacent measures are protected inside the same phrase if they contain a sequence of linked notes. It may have a bug in this logic and I need to investigate more deeper. Can you share your project ? Thanks a lot
  2. Hi raynebc, I have this issue too since a while under Windows 8.1. Only the alt+tab produces the crash. When I switch between EOF and another application by using the mouse click, everything works fine...
  3. @@lahelio, In this topic you have a few examples of CDLCs, before and after a resync ...
  4. Hi lahelio, I agree with you, but the asked flag is not only for songs in which the notes are not in sync with the soundtrack, but mainly for those which have notes not in sync with the rhythm (measures and beats). These songs are playable, but they are graphically not in sync. If we want you add a metronome in the CDLC, it will be totally out of sync. DDC uses also the notes position inside measures and it gives bad results in these cases...
  5. Bug is now fixed on DDC (v2.6 not yet published ...) "The Offspring - Vultures" BPR version should have all its notes now :) (link in the first post)
  6. With the new BPR tool , I was able to resynchronize the Offspring CDLC in a few minutes B) The missing notes are due to DDC logic  Thanks to you I have identified the issue. When a CDLC has not the "transcriptionTrack" tag and has several levels of difficulty, DDC generates the content of this tag by analyzing each level. This process has a bug and I will try to fix it ;) soon !
  7. New resynchronized songs in the first topic ...
  8. Yes, that's the main goal of this tool (notes, chords, and technics can't be modified) Thanks for your help. The tool needs more work before a first release ... For now, I need a list of songs that are candidates for testing the tool.
  9. Sections are song divisions like intro, verse, chorus, bridge, interlude, ..., outro. Phrases divide a section (one to a few of contiguous measures). We use phrase to identify the same repeatable patterns (same notes sequences). If you see that several contiguous measures are repeated a few times in your song, you just have to create phrases to help DDC to identify these patterns. A phrase starts on the measure on which you mark it and finish on the beginning of the next section or next phrase. So you just have to place the sections (as your tab indicates them) and divide each section in one to n phrases.
  10. Did you read the DDC tutorial ? This page explains how DDC manages sections and phrases : Automatic creation of phrases Sorry, that's not a video, but there are a few images ;)
  11. This tool is not yet released (alpha version only). For now, I am looking for songs in which I could test BPR and improve its code ...

  13. is there anyway to do it without it having the same notes as there is lots of bits that are the same but just some notes that are different By default, DDC considers two phrases as similar if they have less than 25% of differences on their notes maps. These phrases don't share the same name but they are linked in the XML file. You can modify the "maxDifferencesToLink" parameter in the "ddc_default.cfg" file to adjust this percentage.
  14. You just have to create sections and phrases at the right place. The name of phrases is not used by DDC. The phrases will level up together if they contain the same number of measures and the same sequence of notes. I can help you if you share the EOF project on which you are working ...
  15. You were right, there was some mistakes in this CDLC  ... You can try the new update v2.4
  16. The global process to follow is : - Create sections and phrases (on the main beat of measures). The phrase name is not used by DDC. - Then, for each existing phrase, DDC creates a note map (N1, C1, N2, N3, C1, ...) - All phrases which share the same note map are associated with the same generated name (these phrases will level up or down together) If the CDLC is not well synchronized (notes are not in sync with the measures and beats), the note map will be less reusable ...
  17. Hi, You can add DD in an existing CDLC, easily with the Toolkit. If you want to modify the content of the CDLC to improve the behaviour of DD, you first need to know how to make your own CDLC ... There are existing videos and tutorials in CustomForge which explain how to do a CDLC. The first important thing to know about DDC is that it works well only for CDLCs in which the notes are in sync with the rhythm (beats and measures).
  18. It should be good to have a way to search the CDLCs with a new search criterion based on the sync quality. For me, it's very important to have songs in which : - the notes are in sync with the measures and beats (the rhythm of the song) - the notes are in sync with the soundtrack This criterion should be set by a few volunteers (CDLC's testers). What do you think about this proposal ?
  19. You have to select first a compatible track to be able to import a guitar pro tab in EOF ...
  20. Which version of DDC are you using ? Can you give me a few examples of CDLCs which have this issue ? Thanks
  21. Cool ! Merci pour l'info. Bonne année à toi ...
  22. A big THANK YOU for all efforts in doing this amazing tool ! I have a few requests to improve it : - When I select an artist in the artist list, the search box is not cleared and keeps the previous search, so no song appear in the list if this previous search is not relative to this artist selection. - I have to click on the artist to see the songs under. It should be better to display the first page of songs for this artist ... - As a creator it would be nice to know for each of my songs, how many collections have it inside. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ...
  23. Did you set the "seek tab granularity" parameter to "16384" in Wwise ?
  24. Hi, It is possible to modify the config file and the ramp-up model to add more levels of difficulty. Can you add a link to the CDLC : "No Way To The City" ? Thanks That's cool so where can I found this config? also will it work with the Toolkit? and about No Way To The City that's just a song I made but I don't think I will release it and it will only have like 5 downloads or maybe 15 downloads like my Rock Band 3 custom I made a tutorial about DDC : DDC Creator The config files are located in the DDC subfolder of the Toolkit install. You can create new files for ramp-up model and config, they will appear automatically in the associated list-boxes of the Toolkit.
  25. Hi, It is possible to modify the config file and the ramp-up model to add more levels of difficulty. Can you add a link to the CDLC : "No Way To The City" ? Thanks
