  1. Based on a number of recent reports, the latest Windows Defender update doesn't play well with CFSM. Rest assured it is a false positive. Just allow CFSM to run when Defender asks.
  2. @lduperval You can reset to single core threading by going to >Settings>Reset Threading. Then go to >Song Manager>Rescan>Full. CFSM will ask you want type of threading to use and this select 'the old method' by answer 'No'. The other thing you can do is to delete the My Documents>CFSM folder and subfolder and see if that helps.. Let me know your results.
  3. @Fedro Updater should work for you. It works for me. I have tested and re-tested on multiple machines. Make sure you have all folders closed when you run the updater. If it fails then something is locked or not closed (you will have to unlock and close manually before running updater again). Also make sure your Local Settings>Temp folder is empty before starting. Let me know if you figure it out.
  4. @@Fedro No problem. The folders may have been left open. I have not figured out a way to programatically delete manually opened folders. You will have to delete those files/folders manually after the update.
  5. @@group Try the latest toolkit build when you have time. All issues should be fixed, including Auto Updater, double-click glitch, and MS sandbox error on startup.
  6. @@iminashi I see the bug now. Thank you for the detail about 'double clicking'. You are 100% correct. It is the same VS glitch as before but applied to different control(s). Looks like I need to remove MouseUp events from the main GUI as the work around. "if you doubleclick a file in the openfiledialog to load that file (instead of clicking the open-button of the dialog) and the openfiledialog is placed over the control which handles mouseup-events, it might be, that the last mouseup from the opening-doubleclick is processed in that control..."
  7. @@JamesPrestonUK I still don't follow ... 'If I then add the Album art without repositioning the dialog box, it blanks the track info fields.' In the 'Add Arrangement' dialog when you are finished with the arrangement you should press 'Ok' button. This will close the 'Add Arrangement' dialog. Then using the 'CDLC Creator GUI' add the the album artwork. Screenshot plz, worth thousand words, when you have time.
  8. @iminashi Thanks for input. Are you able to reproduce the vanishing 'Song Information'? I have not been able to do so. @@Fedro The toolkit updater was fixed several builds back. Please try installing Net 4.0.30319 if the updater is still not working for you. @@group So I tried to install and run the toolkit on a system that has a fresh install of Win7. I am now able to reproduce some of the issues reported here which are system dependent. Now to come up with fixes if possible.
  9. @@JamesPrestonUK 'I've just created a custom though and the fields were blanked out.' Screenshots of the issue plz. So are you saying that when you added an EOF project, XML Arrangement the toolkit's 'Song Information' fields were blank? How did you add the EOF project files, with 'Add' or 'Quick Add'?
  10. @@Fedro I hope it is not the case that you have to whitelist each time a revision comes out, but would appreciate if you could check it out by re-whitelisting. I am not having that problem on my dev machine so I can not test.
  11. @@JamesPrestonUK The toolkit runs best on Net 4.0.30319. I would recommend you do a manual installation. You would have to research if the version you have is backward compatible. Some are not. ' latestZipUrl AssemblyCaller failure' is found in the updater. Try adding RocksmithToolkitUpdater.exe to your AV whitelist and set admin privileges. Have a look here.
  12. The RS Installation detection algo was recently changed. Maybe @@Lovroman can help.
  13. Here's how to fix CDLC that have missing album artwork by automatically adding toolkit default album artwork. Using the latest build of CFSM: remove tags from all CDLC run Mastery 100% Bug repair option on all CDLC (default toolkit album artwork will be inserted only if original album artwork is missing) add tags backCaveat: the original artwork is gone for good from CDLC that have missing artwork. If you want original artwork back then you will have download the CDLC again from Ignition, or use the toolkit or CFSM to load album artwork of your choosing.
  14. Parsing info is logged for debugging use. Click on 'Hide Log' in the lower left corner if you would rather not see the Log.
  15. Master @Fedro What version of Wwise do you have installed? (I recommend using this version) Is WwiseCLI.exe path properly selected in General Config or is it blank? (if you performed default Wwise installation then I recommend leaving the path blank) Are you running Windows 10? According to a Windows 10 user, you can unblock the toolkit DLL's and EXE's by running the following command in Windows PowerShell 'gci ./toolkit | unblock-file'. I would also recommend having a look here for how to elevate privileges. It is quite possible a Windows update is messing with you.
  16. @@Fedro So then I need your detailed workflow because I can not reproduce the error with the latest toolkit build. Did you use the latest build of CFSM to make the repairs? If not then this could be source of problem as well. Thanks.
  17. @@Fedro So problem is with that CDLC. It does not contain any preview audio. So the quick fix is: 1) toolkit>CDLC Creator>Files>Audio selection button and select Pixies_Veloria_v1_RS2014_Pc\EOF\song_pixeiesvelorie_fixed.ogg 2) press the 'Generate' button 3) enjoy! I'll add a permafix later for CDLC that is missing preview audio. EDIT: Can I have a link to the original CDLC before repair? I want to check it. Utoh ... Try latest version of toolkit ... works for me on that song without doing the above.
  18. @@Fedro I am unable to reproduce the error. Plz check Toolkit>Configuration>Wwise Path, and make sure it is set to the correct Wwise version. If this is not the problem then it may be that the CDLC has a corrupt audio file. Plz provide a link to the CDLC that throws the error.
  19. @HotBrewedTea The Rocksmith Tools Launcher for Mac on VMware Player with Mac Sierra takes less than a minute to open. The toolkit will take longer to open than the launcher. Load times will vary depending on system specs. You can get some coffee if it is the first time running the launcher apps. Subsequent loads should be faster.
  20. @eggharbor 'I have been trying every Toolkit possible to work since upgrade to Mohave' The Mono version of the toolkit is no longer supported. Be sure you are using 'Rocksmith Tools Launcher for Mac'. The error message you reference is not from the current toolkit. Plz post a screen shot of the message if you continue to receive the error.
  21. @@mimen17 1) use the toolkit>CDLC Creator GUI>Import Package to extract the EOF project files from the psarc 2) open the arrangement XML file in EOF 3) use EOF to save the arrangement as MIDI (IIRC look under EOF preferences)
  22. @@RedLionhead What is the CDLC that reported as ODLC? Link plz.
  23. Get the latest versions of toolkit and EOF and try again. Be sure to update the 'Arrangement Identification' when the toolkit asks if you want to reset the mastery bug.
